We were in Granada for two nights on the weekend of Semana Santa - Easter Week. This is a nice hotel. The enthusiasm and helpfulness of the staff was incredible though! Our room was small but big enough for two of us. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Even with our room being on the street it was... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days during the Holy Week. The price was excellent despite the significance of these days and the thousands of tourists that visited Granada at that period (I guess other hotels would have increased their prices). The room was very clean, maybe a bit small but with all the services provided. Extremely central so... More

You get what is says in the tin: good central position, very friendly and helpful staff, value for money as it should be, buses to and from the airport outside the door, free access to internet as well as personal wifi. Very comfortable. If there is a comment to make it would be that the breakfast buffet management could be... More

If I had to choose the best thing about this hotel, it would definitely be the service. In my life I have never come accross such a positive, optimistic, always smiling, chatty and pleasant staff!! Plus, they are fluent in English and if you are having troubles with your Spanish, they will take the time to slowly walk you through... More

I stayed six nights at the Dauro hotel from January 2nd.Best point is the genuine kindness of the front desk staff, and the ability of them to communicate in English, they helped us with any query we had and were always cheerful and enthusiastic , so MANY thanks to Carmen and Susana! Also this hotel is perfect for the airport bus which... More

This hotel proudly dispays a Trip Advisor "Certificate of Excellence": I can only think that's because there isn't a Trip Advisor "Certificate of OK but Nothing Special". On the upside, the hotel is located in the heart of Granada and it's easy to walk to the cathedral, shops and night market. There are tapas bars right across the road which... More

Dear Sir. It's too bad for us to read your comment. We do not usually have such severe reviews. But we appreciate it will help us improve aspects you point. With regard to noise, we can hardly remove the street noise if the window is opened. Anyway, we will review the room thermostats to work properly. With regard to breakfast,... More

This is a great hotel, great location and excellent value. It's not 4* but definitely 3* and i give it 4.5. It's excellent in the 3* category. Friendly and helpful reception area. We stayed 2 days here and 2 days at a more expensive hotel. This was better value, ~ 40% of the price of the other hotel. Lots of... More

The Hotel is probably only deserving of three stars, however the staff are what makes this hotel special, the reception staff(Susana and Marie Carman?) are so helpful they really go out of their way to sort any probs, very welcome when you are in a foreign country. Taxi to Alhambra 6 euro's not worth taking bus in my opinion, great places to eat around... More

Although the staff was very friendly, I rate this hotel with three stars. At nine am the construction work at the level below us started. We had a room on the back side of the hotel, which is the most quiet part, but as in the rest of Granada, the traffic noise is very loud. The beds were on the... More
