We arrived at this hotel yesterday and the temperature outside was 32c. After a hassle at check in (couldn't find our reservation) we got to our stiflingly hot room to find no air conditioning. Upon enquiry the staff said they don't provide air conditioning until summer. We attempted to open a window but the street is extremely busy. No one... More

To start with make sure you take ear plugs. The hotel is situated on a small alley which houses a large amount of tapas bars and they stay open extremely late. Also the walls are quite thin. However the hotel is positioned ideally for exploring the town, it is a short walk to the Alhambra and Cathedral and all the... More

Pros: Excellent Staff - the senior gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to help us with a lost piece of luggage (which, with his help and a very kind taxi driver of taxi #386 m, we were able to get back!). Gave us a city map and some directions without even asking. Staff were generally friendly... More

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is right in the middle of tapas row and adjacent to the City Hall. We were able to experience the parade and festivities of Dia de la Toma right in front of the hotel. The room we had was small compared to those in the pictures. It was on the... More

The Navas Hotel was booked through Booking.com and was chosen because it offered a good balance between cost and location. The pluses of staying here: A clean, if simple room. Excellent location in the heart of Granada. A comparatively low price for such a centrally located hotel. The neutrals; The breakfast is OK, but it is not one you will... More

I have travelled extensively globally and the worst experience that you can have at a hotel was experienced at the Navas. My wife left some quite expensive cosmetics in a zipped bag in one of the wardrobes. Upon return after visiting the Alhambra they had gone. Nothing else was taken. As our key was handed in at reception only the... More

First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing Hotel Navas to enjoy your stay in Granada. Dear client, After reading your accusation, we would like to make you know that our staff, including our chambermaids and receptionists, have been working with us for a long time and it is hard to believe that they would risk their... A very nice and clean hotel right in the center. Located on a pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants, you will never stay hungry. Just few meters walking to bus stop that will take you to Alhambra. Also very short walking to cathedral, Albaicín area and other major plazas where they celebrated Christmas markets. If you are coming with... More

Centrally located (literally in the famous tapas street). Tidy and clean. Lovely and very nice receptionist! The older receptionist was our favorite. He helped us few times with information and other things. The breakfast was generous! The best creamy cappuccino we had in Andalucia. What are not so great: although the room is soundproofing, the hall is not. So in... More

Just returned from a trip to Granada and stayed at Hotel Navas. As other reviews state this is a centrally located hotel, the rooms are clean and adequate with good comfortable bed (well the one in our room), there was a fridge (not a mini bar) which was handy. The hotel is situated on a busy pedestrian street which has... More
