We stayed here for one night this summer. The hotel rooms have heavy décor, and the air-con was very poor. This has been a very hot summer, and having toured Andalucía, this hotel was the least temperature comfortable. The rooms have good, newly fitted bathrooms, but the decoration in the main rooms is heavy and tatty in places. It is... More

First let me say I came to Spain on a school trip and had no idea what kind of hotels I would be staying in, so this surpassed my expectations. But it isn't anything special. The lobby is sort of cramped and we did have to carry our luggage up stairs to our room, although it wasn't that much of... More

How they have starred this place? You'll leave the staircase on the 1st floor, no elevator in that section. Room ceiling is low. The window frosted glass. The bathroom door to the closet dayanıyor.tv does not take very old and channels. Stuffy and smells. Are you counting the steps in walking upstairs. In short, sucks ...

This was my second stay at Princesa Ana. The decor is respectable rather than exciting BUT, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (even when you return from a wedding at 4am...), the rooms are cleaned daily and comfortable, bathrooms more than adequate and pleasant to use, and there is a bar/breakfast room. Buses outside the hotel run regularly into... More

This hotel is relying on its past reputation. It is tired, has very few facilities and the furniture is old , the carpets not very clean. There are no gym, swimming pool or sauna. The Staff however are fabulous. I stayed here with a client as we were visiting the hospital opposite. As far as I can see the only reason... More

Am not sure what rates this as a 4* hotel. BUT the reception staff were brilliant, we were staying there while visiting someone in the hospital opposite, so weren't sure how long we would be there, the staff managed to accommodate us over the busy Easter week without previous bookings. The room was adequate cleaned every day, I did ask... More

This is an excellent hotel in Granada, though a little far from the city center. Euro 6 required to go to the Plaza Nueva. The rooms of the hotel are clean, well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. Breakfast is sufficient. The staffs are well behaved and very friendly. Though there are very few restaurants around the hotel... More

Lovely hotel, old world charm, extremely helpful staff with special mention for Luis in Reception and the barman who cannot do enough to make your stay a happy one. They even retrieve your car from the underground car park. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms, very clean throughout with a warm atmosphere. I read a recommendation from a 20 year old... More

We recently decided to see Alhambra and we booked an early morning tour so we had to stay the night. We found this hotel on some search site. The Positive news is that the staff are very nice and try to make the most of your experience. The waiter in the morning was very helpful as was the night clerk.... More

All night, I heard the elevator motor groaning to a halt every time it was used (not just to our floor). Our room was furtherest away from it! The walls are fairly thin and shoes can be heard on the timber floors. Better hotels for the same price and convenience to town/trains. Jo Australia.
