The desk clerk went out of his way to help us with an unfamiliar parking situation in the lot across the street from the hotel. He even parked our rental car! Extraordinarily helpful! The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to the Alhambra and I bought tickets through the hotel and picked them up at the Alhambra, a five... More

Absolutely great experience from check in to check out. The people here all worked in sync to care for us. Parking is so essy using the Alhambra lot. The ticket option when we first made the reservation was handled smoothly.

This hotel is just across from the Alhambra. What a fantastic location for an early morning visit! The hotel is run beautifully, everyone is very nice. We were able to leave our rental car in the Alhambra parking lot for our two night visit-very reasonable price. We walked to Alhambra for our early morning visit (buy them ahead of time,... More

We stayed two nights in Aug 2014. Loved the location (Alhambra across the street) . We used GPS to get to the hotel without any problems and parked across the street. Hotel staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and spacious (according to European standard). There is a nice restaurant nearby or take a 10 minute walk to downtown. If... More

Upon arrival in a confusing parking situation the desk clerk even met up with us and parked the rental car. Wonderful staff - everyone was more than helpful and pleasant. Perfect location for visiting the Alhambra only a short walk down the hill. Book Alhambra tickets when you book a room - saves hour(s) of standing in line. Restaurant food... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guadalupe hotel. The location is very convenient for visiting the Alhambra. Our room was very comfortable and the view of the Alhambra from the balcony was beautiful.

This was a great place to stay for the start of our trip, only having 2 nights to spend in Granada. Room - nice, bathroom was spacious and modern. TV was old, had to pay for the safe, View of the olive trees was beautiful. It was very quiet so we slept well. Location - Good for Alhambra, but be... More

The hotel is next to the entrance for the Alhambra palace and only a few minutes walk from the road train stop into Granada. A walk into Granada will take about 30 minutes but is down hill. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms clean. Evening meals are by waiter service but breakfast is self service. Drinks and snacks... More

Stayed here as part of a Travelsphere holiday. We pre-booked dinner on the first night ( on the coach) the impression being it was difficult to get down to the eating areas! There was actually another hotel(buffet evening meal) just 2 mins away and a pizza /bar/grill next door. The food was OK( dinner overpriced) but breakfast coffee was nescafe from... More

Hotel is within three minutes from Alhambra entrance which is perfect for the early morning slots.Use the Bus service to main square in Granada, it operates until 11pm at night and is very frequent. Hotel room is typical spanish, furnished in dark furniture and unfortunately very hard mattress. We had booked a superior double on fourth floor which had a... More
