We stayed at the Guadalupe for two night while visiting Granada. Our room was spacious, clean, well appointed with a good bathroom with plenty of hot water. We paid 69 euro a night, breakfast included. Parking is available at a reduced rate for hotel clients at the parking lot across from the hotel. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The hotel's... More

The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk to the Alhambra, but beware it's at least 25 minutes walk up a steep hill, there are buses that run from the centre for 1 euro. The hotel has a tapas bar in the reception area and a restaurant on the first. Our room was excellant, but had a view of some gas tanks,so it was dark.The... More

This hotel was perfectly ok for our three night stay to visit Alhambra and Granada. You can step outside and strolll to the site easily and walk down the water trickling slope into the centre. It is best to take the frequent bus back up the hill after a visit, though. The room was clean and spacious but I found... More

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was superb, right next to the Alhambra. We were able to get into town via bus a block away. It was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it.

A totally acceptable hotel made better by the view. Gaze on the Alhambra and glimpse General Life Palace and Gardens. Though there are other things to do, these two are the imperatives in Granada. Guadalupe is spot on for the entrances, and the local 'hopper' bus route. Sherry and nibbles overlooking the Alhambra was memorable.

Situated right opposite the Alhambra, but with load/unload room right by it, this hotel is a gem. it combines a traditional style with friendly service and comfortable , if predictable rooms. For a three day visit it is relaxed, situated perfectly and offers good cooking too! Breakfast is a bit expensive so pop next door for a coffee and croissant.... More

GETTING THERE To get to the hotel by car follow signs for Al Hambra and then at the roundabout take the exit before the Al Hambra car park its about 200 mtrs down the road.Guadalupe Hotel is literally a 2/3 minute walk from the Al Hambra complex. Plus it has the added benefit of being able to park your car... More

An excellent hotel high on the hill by the Alhambra. Its a great location for the main attraction and we did not mind the steep 15 min walk down to the city throught the Alhambra woods and narrow streets We stayed 3 nights and found it to be a good value but lots of walking in to town. Our room... More

It is a 30 minute walk from town and the dining choices are limited, but we loved staying at the Guadalupe Hotel. Located next to the Alhambra, with plenty of places to park (for a fee), this is a convenient choice for drivers who don't want the hassle of a place in the city. The Guadalupe has everything you need... More

We enjoyed our one night here - we were fortunate to get a room with a terrace overlooking the Alhambra car park, which is prettier and greener than it sounds. With the French doors closed it was very quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious and excellent value for 69 euros, even without considering the proximity to the Alhambra over... More
