I made an intense research to book the hotels in Madrid and Barcelona on internet before our departure. I supposed we couldn't get anything decent under 60EUR until we stayed at the Macia Condor in Granada. We found this hotel through a travel agency in Seville. I must say I was quite confused to have a 4 stars accommodation for... more

The hotel is in a good position - 10-15 mins walk from the main centre - Cathedral and Plaza Nueva, so great for access. It's on a main road, but nice and quiet in the evening, so there isn't the constant noise from all those tourists! The rooms are small-ish but acceptable. Ours was clean, and serviced daily. Bathroom is... more

We staded at Macia Condor for one night in April, during Semana Santa. The room was very comfortable, with a balcony (althought it was going out to the main street, where there were development works that time). Clean, simple and nice. The hotel is 4 stars. We made the order thought the hotels.spain-bookings.com. There is a parking in the hotel,... more

I've stayed in this hotel in the first few days of July 2006. Hotel room had a very strange layout and no view, but it was clean, beds were comfy, mini-bar stacked and it had a flat screen TV, which was a nice surprise. Reception staff was not helpful, they could not take an initiative when I asked about Alhambra... more

First of all: its a great hotel at its price (50 euros the double room per night with Bancotel), but it is not a 4-star. It would be in Latin America or Paris, but not in Spain. The hotel is quiet and nice, although the decor could be updated in public areas. The staff is appropiated and correct. The rooms... more

At first when we enter in the room, we were very surprised. I know that with Bancotel you get great hotels, but due to the low season, they even gave us this great room on the last floor, I will not forget the room 704 lol Booked through --- (50 euros per night per double room) more

This hotel is definitely not four stars. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are doing in the rooms next to you - even just conversations. The bathrooms have some type of open sewer line, which may just be the norm in this part of the city. The beds are horrible; you can feel the coils... more

stayed here in sep 2004. i got a fantastic deal, 50 euro for a double room through orbitz. this is a 3 to 4 star hotel with typical amenities. only drawback is that it is a couple of bus stops from the al hambra hill. not a problem for me. i would stay here again if i got a similar... more

If you only have a little luggage, you could walk to the Hotel Condor from the small Granada train station, but it is only a 5 min taxi ride. A modern hotel on a main street, it is well located for sightseeing: a 5-10 min. walk to the Plaza Nueva, the mini-buses to the Alhambra and the Moorish quarter (the... more
