This is a wonderful hotel. It is excellently located, very well priced and the staff are wonderful. It is the type of hotel you would like to have in a regular holiday spot to return to every year. The helpfulness of staff was outstanding.

We started our search for a Granada hotel for June 2014 during the summer of 2013. Our requirements were a non-smoking room, a room for two adults and a teenage boy, a central location, and a reservation that could be cancelled with no penalty. It did not take us long to learn there are not many non-smoking hotels and not... More

Loud noise from toilet flushing and showers from other rooms comes through room 115. It sounds as if you are in the shower with them and you are being flushed down the toilet. This occurs most of the night and morning as people come and go at all hours. As a result I averaged about 3 hours of sleep each... More

A bit difficult to find on the one way street system even with a gps and signage was not obvious. Beware the motorcyclists who offer to guide you, they will want payment. Front desk staff very pleasant & friendly, helping with suggestions for dining or Flamingo & arranging tickets to the Alhambra. Rooms a bit small & decor dated &... More

The hotel was central, being close to the Old Town and Plaza Nueva with their cafes/restaurants and bars. We also found it was also surprisingly close to The Alhambra when we walked back from there - but it's a steep climb going up!! We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in May as part of an Intrepid tour and... More

Fell in love with granada and this hotel was in the perfect location. Hotel was comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a great room but do beware some of the rooms we saw were tiny so when making reservations request one of the larger rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly and you will be able to easily walk to great... More

If you are coming here and work off of the internet, you will have to find other accommodations as the wifi is incredibly slow and unreliable. Beyond that, it is incredible for the price. Very nice rooms with a good, simple breakfast. Great beds and air conditioning with a good location.

This is a nice little hotel with charm in a fantastic location right smack in Granada's old town, just steps from Plaza Nueva, tons of shopping, restaurants and the Albacyn area. Every employee that we encountered were friendly and helpful and Cathy is especially friendly and a wonderful source of tourist info. Overall wonderful value.

We booked the hotel based upon previous reviews, were a little suspicious regarding to the parking situation as we would drive to the hotel. However, we received a detailed emailed description of driving direction to the hotel. Upon arrival, hotel staff Anna came out of all the way to the main street to direct us when receiving our call. She... More

We had read previous reviews and asked for a quiet room with terrace, but in the event were offered a room facing the street on our first night with option to move to 407 the next day. However when we viewed it the terrace was just a piece of roof with a couple of chairs and then room much smaller... More
