I've been up all night listening to the loud and horrible music coming from the basement party lounge, and couldn't get any sleep. I went downstairs three times and asked the front desk to tone down the music, but was told there was nothing they can do and the party will go on until 4 am. Apparently this has happened... More

center Granada as they said an old fashion of hotels but well maintained, we stay there for two nights and they have also open terrace accessible from 8th floor, you could see magical Alhambra and certain mountain part of the city from there. And strolling down five minutes you got a city park. Young staff were very helpful.

This hotel had a 3 star rating, but that is way too generous. We were with a group and the people I spoke to agreed with me that their rooms were very small and dark, several had no windows, and the hotel itself is on a busy street that looked rather seedy. The walk from Alhambra was doable but not... More

Great location in the center of Granada. Stayed from June 7 through June 19, 2015, room I had was small for the length of stay but that is one of the uniqueness of Spanish hotels. Rooms are all different sizes. Need to get accustomed to no eye contact when waiting at front, need to interrupt them in order to get... More

We had a really good stay here! The staff were exceptional. They booked several tours for us, posted our mail and helped us with everything we needs to know. The rooms were pretty good, air conditioned, clean and comfortable! The roof top bar was great with fantastic views! The pool is tiny and absolutely freezing but to be honest I... More

A pleasent Hotel, ideal for walking around Grenada to see Alhambra and other City attractions. Excellent buffet style restaurant, single room however a little on the small side, with obscured glass into an internal void. But, that said the bed was comfortable, the room had a shower that worked. Quite adequate for a short stay. Would happily stay there again

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this very clean and spacious hotel, which is in a central location. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the staff kept it well stocked, even when it was really busy. We stayed in an executive room which was comfortable and spacious. The wifi worked well. However, there was no tea/coffee... More

Amazing price and excellent service. Right in the center of the city with everything very nearby. The Alhambra is a 5 euro taxi away and a lot of great places to eat close by. Also an excellent opportunity to do some shopping in el corte ingles with the tourist discounts.

My fiancée and I stayed here for a week in June. Room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi was good. Air-con was poor though; we had to leave ours running on high continuously to get the temperature to the right level for us. That was a little noisy. The terrace bar is pleasant and has great views up to the Alhambra.... More

This is a clean comfortable hotel. Conveniently situated for visiting the main attractions. They served a good buffet breakfast though the bread wasn't always very fresh. The wifi wasn't very good. The staff on reception were helpful.
