Most hotels can improve on the odd thing here and there, but we didn't have any major issues with our stay at The Carmen Hotel. The room had everything we needed, including free WIFI which kept our son happy enough. The roof top pool and terrace is a great spot, which we used to relax on a few occasions. The... More

Only stayed for 2 nights, but our room was more than adequate, breakfast was good, if a little busy, but overall I thought the place was value for money. Reception staff weren’t the friendliest in the world, but they weren’t rude either, they just did their jobs. I parked my car in their car park and was impressed that they... More

Choosen because of the location but we got a lot more. Swimming pool and restaurant on the top floor with a breathtaking view over Alhambra. Centrally located, but that is also the tricky part if you are on your own car, make sure you know how to find the hotel. Car park is located under the hotel but accessed in... More

The location is super. It is near stores, etc. However, our first room had poor air conditioning and we had to move to the "newer" section of the hotel. We now had better a/c, but when the room next door took showers, we would hear water, etc. We were not too happy here.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children for 2 nights, we loved our stay. The room was very comfortable & the air conditioning was perfect. There was stunning views of the city from the roof top bar. The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of Granada. Got a taxi to the Alhambra for five euro... More

We stayed for one night on our honeymoon. In the morning our bed, our bags, our clothes, our souvenirs were full of ANTS. We asked to speak with the manager and we asked for a full refund. He told us it's our fault, because we left the patio door open and there was probably food in the room. 1. We... More

We spent 5 weeks in Europe and this was one of our better hotels. The location is great, you are right in front of a large department store, which has anything you may need. The staff are friendly although only some speak English. There is a roof top restaurant that has lovely views of the Alhambra at night, you should... More

A lovely hotel but the staff are rude, don't expect a hello or thank you it would be too much too ask! I found it funny they have on their reception recommend us to your friends! NO WAY!!! The staff do impact your stay and I have never come across anywhere like this in my life there was no such... More

I found this hotel on the web and booked if for our visit to Alhambra in Granada. I mainly booked it because it has a roof top pool. It turned out to be a wonderful hotel. Friendly helpful Englishspeaking staff, highspeed internet for my kids and a very good breakfast buffet. And the pool on the rooftop is excellent. It... More

Hotel ideally situated in the heart of Granada. Room clean and tidy. We had a room with a balcony excellent value. Shopping no problem as all the main stores are within walking distance, and plenty of places to eat. Hotel staff helpful, most spoke English if required to do so. Roof top area and pool ( only a small pool... More
