I stayed here with a group and was pleased with the size of the room, bathroom, and breakfast. Wifi only worked in lobby, not in the room. Breakfast buffet was very good- lots of choices. Comfortable, not loud, nice view even in our room on the back side of the hotel (we could hear the cathedral bells).

Recently stayed at Hotel Carmen and will definitely be back. Hotel was perfect for us in a great location. Staff were more than helpful and very friendly. Great credit to the hotel staff and management.

Fantastic Central location, Friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast, bar and pool and a kids club to boot. Spent a weekend here and were very impressed with the staff they were so friendly and helpful from parking our car for us, to giving us two joining rooms even though we'd booked a more cramped quad room. Breakfast selection good enough... More

Unlike some other reviewers, we found our room to be fine - and rather large. While I would characterize the room as clean, it was not as squeaky clean as some of the other hotels in our tour. We slept well and had no complaints. Prices are good. Location is excellent. (What a beautiful city!) The lobby is quite pretty.... More

I stayed in this hotel in the middle of a 10-day, five-city tour of Spain. While the room was OK and clean enough it had soft, squishy beds. While the upside is a great location near lots of goings on, the downside is LOTS of street noise. Every hotel in this range also seems to have paper thin walls between... More

We went to Granada for the FIBA World Cup. The hotel is centreally located - the rooms are very big. Hotel staff was very friendly. The highlight of the hotel is the roof top bar/restaurant and pool. The view is spectacular - you can see over the whole city!

Our room was clean but very dated. Probably one of the lesser hotels on our tour. Good location but there were many other hotels located in the area. We were there for just one night but that was enough for me. Breakfast was okay apart from the cold eggs. Seemed to be a common occurance in Spain where hot food... More

We were on a tour and this hotel definitely caters to this type of vacationer or business people. The room was very spacious and the beds nice and comfy. Housekeeping could have been a bit better. We slept fairly well as we did have a quiet location. The food was ok at best. We only stayed one night, so I... More

Room was clean but very dated. Front desk was a bit rude and not very helpful. Good location but I am sure there are other hotels in Granada that are a better choice. We were there for just one night but that was enough for me. Look around, there are better choices!

Stayed at the Carmen Hotel for one night in August as part of the Trafalgar Tour stop over. It is a very central hotel with comfortable amenities and very close to shopping district and restaurants. We used this as a base to visit Alhambra and the Gypsy dance. The breakfast in the hotel was very good and cater for a... More
