We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of Gate 1 Tour of Spain. The hotel is right in the heart of town and has a contemporary style. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a nice spread. The family style dinner included in our tour package was also very enjoyable. There... More

We've stayed here for a week trip to ski in neighbor Sierra Nevada - and it was a good stay. The hotel is well located if You're searching for city center location, it gives good access to shopping area (very close) as well as to "tapasing" places (very close and close, walking distance, multiple choices) if You aim for skiing,... I will start with the negative as it is the only one I can think of, as my stay at this hotel was so fabulous. The room I had was on the first floor but only had a small window which looked out on to 3 walls around it. This made the room very dark and I never knew what... More

We stayed here for a week while attending a conference nearby. We shopped hard for a hotel and finally settled on the Carmen because of location, price and included breakfast. We booked through a bargain travel site and managed to score a great nightly rate. Front desk staff was friendly, and proficient in English. The rooms were modern decor and... More

We stayed here for just 1 night. The hotel was in a perfect location with underground parking (although very tight parking - I hear this is quite common in Spain!) The pool area was a lot smaller than it appears on photos and as we arrived midday there were not beds available, or anywhere to lay out which was disappointing.... More

I have been at an extended stay (18 days) at the Hotel Carmen in Granada, Spain, for the Winter Universiade (I am with the USA Team). The people, the accommodations, the food and the location could not have been better. It is my 2nd time to Granada and I look forward to coming again and will definitely stay here. It... More

I was staying at Hotel Carmen last September with my mum and we throughly enjoyed it. The location cannot be more convenient. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice - and the room also big and nice. Additionally, having El Corte Ingles (big department store) just opposite is very handy. We would definitely stay at Hotel Carmen again.

Downtown hotel opposite El Corte Inglès, perfect location for exploring the city. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers. Free wifi erverywhere in the hotel. Good business facilities, nice bar and restaurant, parking available, recently refurbished rooms. Hotel has a rooftop pool and restaurant/bar open in the summer season. Minor remark: rooms not very soundproof. Excellent breakfast and lunch buffet.... More

I stayed here for 3 nights last November with my boyfriend. We arrived at the Granada airport and got on a shuttle bus that took us right to Acero del Darro (so convenient and only 3 euros), where we easily found the hotel in a 2 minute walk. So, the location is central and perfect. There are a ton of... More

We spent a couple of nights at this hotel and enjoyed it. Fantastic value. Nice large room with easy to control heating. Friendly helpful staff, and a very good buffet breakfast in comfortable surroundings. When we revisit Granada we will definitely use this hotel!
