After staying many times in granada and trying several hotels, this hotel remains a favourite. Right in the city centre, which is a major plus for us, with Vorte Ingles for anything youve forgotten, right opposite. The roof top terrace at night, with fantastic city views, including Alhambra just make it for us, plus, the chef's special tapas are awesome!... More

Stayed 2 nights with my father in August 2014. The reception staff were very polite and helpful to tell directions, explain things, etc. The room was clean and capacious enough. The air conditioning, string box, plumbing, beds, TV set, free wifi - everything was in excellent condition and working order. The was no shortage and extra blankets, clean towels, and... More

I have chosen this hotel due to its central location and rooftop pool. It is located 5 mins walk to centre of Granada and main shopping street. There are lots of breakfast restaurants next to hotel. Our room on the 5th floor with a small balcony was facing Granada and was quiet. Room was very simple but fresh and clean.... More

This hotel is located on the Acera del Darro smack bang across from a Corte de Ingleses department store. The reception area to the hotel is spacious and modern and unlike the experience of other reviewers, the welcome from the reception staff was warm and friendly. Our room was much bigger than we anticipated with a separate lounge area and... More

The hotel is ok.....definitely not 4 star though! It is difficult to find if you're driving but I think that may be Granada in general. The reception staff were not overly helpful or friendly, in fact there was a hint of faulty towers about them but the barmen at the rooftop bar were great fun. We stayed on a room... More

The hotel is ok, well located near the Alhambra. Nice rooms, but poor breakfast. However its weakest point is the extremely rude staff at the reception. It seems that they are there doing the guests a favour instead of helping them. It looked as if the team was trained to be rude. I would never ever recommend it. If they... More

Stayed one night only thank god, staff abrupt and rude, it was like that were doing us favor to look after us. Food was very average compared to other Spanish hotels, looked and tasted like leftovers reheated. Room was ok with poor Aircon.

Very good location for this hotel close to the city center as well as close distance from alhambra The hotel is a little cheesy with lots of gold lookalike stairways and old decorations but the room we had was clean and big with free wifi. Air conditioning can be better as it s not really cold especially in august !... More

The hotel has very nice rooms. The rooms are clean and have a good size. The location of the hotel is good and near the city center and about 5 min by taxi to the Alhambra. The swimming pool is good. The breakfast is very good and worth the price.

Just come back from spending two nights in the hotel carman. Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely terrace with pool and bar. Room fantastic with private patio. Breakfast very good. Spacious dining room. Could not fault any of it.
