The hotel is ok.....definitely not 4 star though! It is difficult to find if you're driving but I think that may be Granada in general. The reception staff were not overly helpful or friendly, in fact there was a hint of faulty towers about them but the barmen at the rooftop bar were great fun. We stayed on a room... More

The hotel is ok, well located near the Alhambra. Nice rooms, but poor breakfast. However its weakest point is the extremely rude staff at the reception. It seems that they are there doing the guests a favour instead of helping them. It looked as if the team was trained to be rude. I would never ever recommend it. If they... More

Stayed one night only thank god, staff abrupt and rude, it was like that were doing us favor to look after us. Food was very average compared to other Spanish hotels, looked and tasted like leftovers reheated. Room was ok with poor Aircon.

Very good location for this hotel close to the city center as well as close distance from alhambra The hotel is a little cheesy with lots of gold lookalike stairways and old decorations but the room we had was clean and big with free wifi. Air conditioning can be better as it s not really cold especially in august !... More

The hotel has very nice rooms. The rooms are clean and have a good size. The location of the hotel is good and near the city center and about 5 min by taxi to the Alhambra. The swimming pool is good. The breakfast is very good and worth the price.

Just come back from spending two nights in the hotel carman. Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely terrace with pool and bar. Room fantastic with private patio. Breakfast very good. Spacious dining room. Could not fault any of it.

Easy walk to the Metro and to the shops. The pool closed at 8pm which was a shame as it was still light for hours. The room was dark. breakfast was good and eggs were cooked to order which was a nice touch.

My husband and I stayed in room 558 on 22nd July after deciding to visit Granada from our base in Malaga - big mistake!! The room was dark, drab and had a fausty smell. Granada was incredibly warm and yet the air conditioning was non existent - poor show! The roof top pool was nice, although very overcrowded. I felt... More

The pictures are deceiving: the rooftop terrace is tiny, and the pool only takes 8 people max. It only opens at lunchtime so forget an early morning swim. The was only one person on duty on the terrace, very harassed and quite unpleasant. We waited ages for service. Check in was quick on the other hand but very cold. Couldn't... More

Stayed for one night on the way to Seville. Wonderfully located in the town centre with a small rooftop pool and restaurant terrace with view of the Alhambra. If you have a car tho' parking is impossible without using their car park (18 euros/day) I didn't mind tho' as they did all the work for me and it made my... More
