We stayed as part of a tour group which I find is often a different experience to arriving as a guest who has specifically chosen the hotel. The room was ok - hot & stuffy but bearable for 2 nights. Breakfast was adequate. The dining room very busy & the staff rushed off their feet. We had an included buffet... More

Rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure to encounter. They basically want you to get knotted. Ask them something simple and you get shoed away as if you're a pest. I was totally shocked even when speaking in Spanish to them I was dismissed. Do not stay here they don't deserve the fees. Rooms so badly sound proofed I... More

A beautifully renovated room with very comfortable beds. Right in the heart of Granada so everything is within walking distance. Friendly efficient staff. Breakfast was included which was a well stocked Buffett with something for all tastes! Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a standard hotel in the middle of the business/shopping area of Granada. The historical sights are not very far (10-15mins walk) and you can find good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is usually included in the price, but be sure to get there early as there are many tour groups who stay there, and after them there is not much... More

This is our third stay at Hotel Carmen Granada. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Perfect location. Perfect parking under thehotel, and most importantly the kindnes shown by all staff especially Loli at Reception who was professional and attentive throughout our stay. Hotel Carmen is very clean, tastefully furnished and very spacious. The breakfast is superb... More

We love this hotel. We stayed here in May and came again now in October. The hotel is excellent. It must be the cleanest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Many areas in the hotel where you can... More

Good hotel and centrally located in the heart of the city. We arrived by car and able to park directly outside the hotel to unload bags, (10 mins allowed) we left the keys with the concierge who moved it to the car park and returned it outside when we checked out 2 days later. Very nice bar on the roof... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We wanted to stay in a central location. It was not easy to find the hotel when we drove into the city for the first time. My wife and I were disappointed with the visit. On a positive note, we had a good room which was a junior suite with a balcony... More

The Carmen is a kind of new-ish version of the grand old hotel. Its rooms are generous, comfortable and clean, its location is excellent, and the staff are reasonably friendly and very efficient. Our room on the fifth floor was tucked away in a quiet corner and enjoyed plenty of peace and quiet, the window actually opens so you can... More

Stayed in this hotel on the 21 and 22nd of Aug. The reception staff were very unhelpful. Gave very cursory directions and only provided a map when asked for one. The barman at the rooftop bar appeared to be overworked and could not keep up with the drink orders, I might add he did his best and made the best... More
