Our recollections are that this hotel's style was Moorish with a contemporary twist. The hotel does not seem to be very old. The glass elevator cars on the outside of the building up to the top floors offer some pretty nice views. The floors in the rooms were darker hued wood laminate and nicely done. The furnishings were clean, contemporary,... More

While the rooms are nothing special, the outside, the reception area and especially the pool area are quite appealing. 15' walk to the cathedral, 15' cab ride (8 euros) to the Alhambra. At $70/night, a bargain.

I echo some other reviews by saying that this hotel has all the makings of a really good place but it falls short. We were given 2 rooms that stank of smoke, were dreary and had broken furniture in them. The staff at reception could care less, just handed over another room key. I finally paid to upgrade and that room... More

The front desk personnel were rude. I got a room and when I was walking down the hall, I could smell the strong odor of smoke. I open my room door and you can smell that someone had smoked in the room and the cleaning staff had spray a strong perfume to cover it up. I asked for another room... More

I spent three nights in this hotel and all I can say it's really good value for money. The location is perfect, as it is located just outside the noisy area and still walking distance to the main attractions. All clean, lovely pool, beautiful lift and modern rooms. All in all it gave us a wonderful experience in Granada. I... More

Visiting Granada for a couple of days and travelling from the Cost-Del-Sol by car we had three main requirements 1) on site car park; 2) walking distance to the city centre; 3) outdoor swimming pool. The Hotel Saray seemed to tick all the boxes, looked good from the photos and had reasonable reviews on TP so we booked 2 nights (Mon... Spent 2 weeks here, staff friendly and helpful even is you don't speak the language. Away from the center of the city but fun to walk different routes to get to center. Food is great and nice place to watch the locals celebrate weddings. Great place!

This hotel is a little walking distance from the main area but a must stay at! They had the best bed/pillows that I have ever slept on! We had a suite with a queen size bed and the shower was amazing! We also spent time at the pool which was very pretty and refreshing(water was a touch cold). It also... More

The hotel looks so impressive. It's in a great location, not far from the old town (walking distance). It has a good pool, very reasonably sized rooms, comfy beds, good bathrooms. The food isn't great but the bar staff are very attentive and make some good cocktails. Unfortunately, though, the hotel (not just the rooms) has no ironing board or... More
