This is my second stay in two years at the Saray Hotel. Its architecture and brownish color pretty much reminds me of similar buildings I saw in Morocco. The room was clean and large enough to be comfortable for two travelers. The queen bed was comfortable for sleeping and the street noise was hardly a problem. The air condition system... More

My husband and I spent one night here and thought the hotel was beautiful. Our room was very nice and the bed comfy. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was inviting. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Loved the decor and the tranquil feeling we had just wandering around. Unfortunately, we were too tired after touring the Alhambra to... More

Worst hotel on our tour. The room is extremely small. The bathroom had an empty tissue box and the hair dryer wouldn't work. It has a very pretty swimming pool and garden but they do nothing to enhance it. The few deck chairs have no cushions. There are hardly no tables and the chairs they do have are nice but... More

Our stay at this hotel was worth it. The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff was pleasant to deal with. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel through our group with Gate1 and the food was more than adequate.

Granada is an outstanding historical city. So glad that we toured it in April. This hotel is fairly close to the historical area. Not as charming as I would prefer and offer little tourist help. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable beds, and housekeeping staff were friendly.

The hotel is far from the bus station. Actually, the bus station is far from the city centre… It is easy to get to the hotel from the bus station though. There are two lines of busses going straight from the bust station to the hotel. The hotel is big and easy to find. The decoration and design of the... More

I chose this hotel for its location: within walking distance of the centre and th Alhambra, but easy to reach by car from the motorway, and with secure parking. It ticked all those boxes, but everything was OK, but nothing special. Staff a bit detached and aloof, rooms clean and functional, but uninspiring, and soundproofing poor. I'd probably look for... The hotel was on a very busy road with a bus stop outside, where we had to park until we found out where to put the car. Parking was underground and secure. Got a good deal for the type of hotel and area, but still quite expensive. Lift on outside of the building didn't go down well with people with... More

The hotel is a 10mins walk from city centre which was fine for us, and for that a bit quieter. Friendly staff, helped with directions and advice how to reach things . Breakfast more or less in a cellar room with no air and no character here either, which was a disappointment for a 4 star hotel. I thought it... More

- Reception and bar staff is rude, does not seem to be interested in guests, does not do any effort to help you or make you feel welcome. People in the bar do not speak English, do not want to help you, do not provide any service (Lady did not bring your lunch to the table, puts it on the... More
