It is a lovely place , well located with bus and taxi services at hand . You can walk to the cathedral and other touristy areas. The room is big and clean and so was the bathroom. There is a restaurant which serves breakfast and other meals. The reception staff is helpful Like most of Spain it is a little noisy... More

I had a very short and, yet, horrible stay at Macia Gran Via (1h). My room (117) was incredibly small and had no windows. It turned out that the toilet's flush was also broken. I could clearly hear a neighbor's TV and huge chunks of walls were missing. When I pointed out some issues, the receptionist said: "It's a 3-star... More

I reserved a room for three adults at this hotel for our stay in Granada. The property is very well located on the main street in the city. Do what you can to secure a room that does not face the Gran Via. It is quite busy late at night as well as early in the morning. The windows were... More

Nice staff, good breakfast buffet, but I stayed there for two nights with a large group of students and the wifi didn't work for anyone. The reception seemed apologetic and tried to reset the system but despite claiming that they have wifi, we could log in but nothing would actually load. If you need wi-fi, this place is not dependable.

Stayed here few days back. It's very close to the Parallel underground stop which is about 3 stops from the main railway station . The airport shuttle stops a bit away , about 30 minutes walk through the Ramblas or take the underground. The hotel is well located and surroundings not too busy and quite a few eating places and... I was here with a large group. The hotel has an excellent position on the Gran Via. You can walk to the Cathedral area in 5 minutes and to the Albaicin neighbourhood in about the same time. I got there easily with public transportation from the bus station, but a car would be a bigger hassle due to the forbidden... More

The hotel lobby is really quite nice, the rooms not so much. The location is great, easy access to sights, buses, etc. However, as previously mentioned, it is on a very busy street. Luckily our two rooms did not face the Gran Via. The rooms were clean but clearly in need of a facelift...really shabby old carpet and a weird... More
