First of all, perfect location. On one side of the hotel is a great street for tapas. Even though it is livelier at night, with my ear plugs I wasn't disturbed at all. The room we had was ready for us upon early arrival which was great! The beds are comfy but unusually small. I'm 5'8 and my feet hung... More

A lovely hotel right in the centre of the old town. Quiet and comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast. Parking nearby with a discount was very useful. I will come back to the Hotel Dauro. Lovely bars and places to eat nearby

We were attending a family wedding and as a family group of 9 in 5 rooms we were very satisfied with the service and rooms. I did request our son had a room near to us and all the requests were dealt with efficiently. The breakfast was very good having lots of choice. We found the location very good near to... More

Our room (no. 115) was next to the elevator which runs virtually constantly, 24h. Not a real loud noise but annoying over a longer period. Actually, due to this issue I think room no. 115 (and the similar rooms above) should not be rented out. The room itself actually was really well appointed, spacious. The location of the hotel is... Won't repeat what others have said re central location and brilliant tapas bars. We had no problems finding the hotel - check their instructions and tell sat nav to take you to the square they tell you to park in. Travel agent is easy to spot but park on the other side of the road, not immediately outside it. Hotel... More

We arrived on a day when there was a parade of some sort going on. Didn't really understand the street restrictions and drove around for a long time before being able to get to the hotel. We had a larger vehicle so had to pay more to park at a different facility. Should have read some of the other review... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as a solo traveller. I found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. The best feature of this hotel is definitely its location. It is situated on a street heavily populated with great tapas bars. The adjoining restaurant had great food. On the other hand, I found that the breakfast at... More

Excellent location. In the hearth of everything. But this place is run down and poorly maintained. Bathrooms are cheap motel like. WIFI is a joke and essentially non existent. Stairs are faster then the elevator. Front desk great.

The hotel is well situated for all local amenities, staff brilliant excellent breakfast. Room clean but bed a bit spongy (hard to get back out). Very convenient for the Alhambra recommend a taxi to get there very steep hill and the taxi driver dropped us right outside the right location to pick up tickets. An amazing day with stunning views... More

We spent two nights at Best Western Dauro II in mid-May 2014 during our visit to Granada. The hotel is located not too far from the train station down a nice walkway filled with restaurants and shops. We walked because we were traveling light but most would have probably opted for a cab. The hotel was also a reasonable distance... More
