Good location of the hotel means from one side a very central one with 15 minutes walk to Alhambra but from other is in a pedestrian zone and no parking inside. So use any of public parkings in a Granada center (use first free of them, actually) then walk to a Plaza de la Trinidad - and the remaining feeling... More

This hotel is clean, friendly and centrally located with helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff. Overlooking a delightful square if you wish to sit outdoors and relax, and close to public transport, the Cathedral and most major attractions in Granada. Safe area to walk about after dark.

Booked two days ago after readings some positive reviews. Could not be happier. In the middle of all the action but with no obnoxious distractions such as traffic noise etc. Hotel looks and feels new. Javier and Carlos at front desk have been very helpful in explaining the area to us. Got us Alhambra tickets in 10 minutes after we... More

Although a bit pretentious this hotel out stands in quality and location. Its a bit pricey, true, but you pay for a great location, a spacious room, good sleep quality and a very decent breakfast which included tropical fruits we had not seen in the rest of our Europe trip. Everyone was keen on helping the tourists, special requests were... More

We were very well received and welcomed to this hotel. We had a junior suite on the top floor that was huge and very quiet, Service was excellent and the staff at the front desk made excellent restaurant and bars recommendations. The only negative was a very bad sewerage smell in the bathroom baout which they were very apologetic but... More

We found this hotel at the last minute and really enjoyed it but thanks to the reviews we had read we knew to expect to park some distance away. This wasn't a problem since we didn't have a lot of luggage. The staff was very helpful to us. The wifi was a bit of a problem since we need to... More

The service was quite good, very friendly and helpful. The elevators are cool. The first room we got, it had a huge sewery scent... terrible... we complained and they sent a maid up to check. There was clearly something wrong with that room. We were moved to another room shortly after and it was much better. The room had a... More

After staying in some more traditional hotels in other southern Spanish cities, the sleek modernism of this hotel was refreshing. Wifi in the rooms, little step out balconies over the park, a bowl of fruit from management were all much appreciated. No tub but a big shower tiled in cool teal mini tiles. The location was great - within walking... More

Granada was my favorite city in Spain! This hotel was in a perfect location! Tapas were all over and all within walking distance. Alhambra is a must see! The bus stop for Alhambra is close by & much cheaper than a taxi. There is some nice café’s to sit and have some sangria at night looking up at the amazing... More

We stayed here on our last night of a 12 day vacation. It was clean and modern. The staff was extremely courteous. Virginia, the manager, met every need of our group with suggestions, restaurant recommendations, etc. Breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
