This is the second time we have stayed at this centrally located hotel - and we don't usually return to the same hotel unless it is exceptional. The only think that could be improved is to have some milk provided with the tea and coffee tray but in a country where you rarely get this facility at all this is... More

The hotel is not quite closer to train station as it's closer to the city centre, so we take a taxi which is not expensive. The room is bright and all the things you need. There is a sofa chair near the window makes us feel the room is quite relaxing. The room rate is very reasonable. And it's a... More

Arrival: Very difficult to arrive by car but the hotel provided great precise directions making a difficult drive relatively easy. The parking garage beneath the hotel was very convenient but required skill and a relatively small car to traverse it without leaving paint somewhere. Reception: It went very smoothly. The woman spoke very good english and was extremely helpful. The... More

I visited Granada last year and just getting to this hotel was a nightmare - no one knew where it was when we stopped people (not even some police officers we asked) and while trying to find it we found ourselves on a winding road we weren't supposed to be driving on. It was stressful to say the least. By... More

This hotel is located at the heart of Granada, just 2 minutes walk to the bus station to Alhambra, and 2 minutes walk to the tourist information and the bus to Albayzin. The Alhambra bookstore is within 5 minutes walk and you can pick up Alhambra tickets there. We arrived early at 8:00am and the hotel staff was very friendly... More

Great location not only for the Alhambra but other sites of interest to tourists. Very clean hotel. We had a good size air conditioned room with a balcony. A well lit room I might add! Good bathroom. Breakfast was included and was the usual fare but for an additional 6 Euros, one could have an omelette or bacon and eggs.... More

Pros: The location was excellent! Right in the middle of Granada, but a little secluded from the noise of the main streets. The staff was very helpful and gave us tips on how to walk around the city. The building and the room were very modern. It was a good surprise not to find any carpet in the room; it... More

Location was great but during holy week the Semana Santa processions close the streets and the hotel is not accessible by car. Definitely take in the "free" walking town that starts down the street at the Columbus statue. Staff was helpful, location was great and the town and sites are worth the visit. Driving directions to the hotel are complicated.
