Not sure how this hotel could rate as high as it did.the location is great however the parking lot is terrible and $22 euros. It took 1/2 an hour to even check in (no joke) as the lady at the front desk was giving tourist advice to a couple. I understand customer service however, this was unreal. Several other guests... This hotel is really nice and in a perfect location for seeing the Alhambra and the lovely old part of Granada. As others have noted, the garage is very tight(!), but it is rare to have parking at all in this part of town, so we were very grateful to have it. Our spacious room was on a corner with... More

Couldn't be bettered for location. This is a modern hotel within an old building with nice bright comfortable rooms. The receptionists are charming and helpful. The parking is tight but essential if you have a car and was included in the price so was very good value. We haven't a word of criticism about the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have it's... More

This hotel is in an excellent location 2mins (if that) from Plaza Nueva. It has parking which is rare in Granada but the car park is very tight (underground) so anything larger than small hatchback and you will struggle. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly. Some people have said that the breakfast isn't great. If you... More

Stayed with a friend for 4 nights in December and found the hotel to be a delight. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, lots to do on the doorstep and not far from many of the major attractions. Great little tapas place/bar at the end of the street too. Reception staff were... For a short citytrip i can recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially when you arrive with a rental car, the parking garage under the hotel is great and cheap, it's almost impossible to park in the city. Rooms are fine, we were on the first floor. In the area are plenty of restaurants, cerveceria's, bars, shops, taxi - and busstops.... More

Located to less than 100 meters of the entrance to start the short hike to the Alhambra. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room very comfortable and clean. The on site parking is convenient but very narrow. You have to be an expert to park without scratching your car. Definitely a small car... More

I stayed here since we were traveling with my parents and didn't want to do much walking. The bus to go to La Alhambra was a five minute walk, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is small and quiet during the day. Depending on the room you have, at night it could be a bit noisy... More

This hotel is right in the centre of the beautiful city of Granada, within walking distance of all the major sights including the fabulous Alhambra and Albacin. The lady on reception was very welcoming and extremely helpful when we arrived as indeed were all the the staff. The room we had was very comfortable and spotless, we didn't have food... More

Having read some of the reviews about this hotel being difficult to find, our taxi driver had no issues finding the hotel from the train station. The hotel has clearly being renovated recently, so was clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing us with assistance with a smile at all times, even when we asked... More
