I did like my stay here only because of its cleanliness (then again, i don't think anyone is expected to assume anything less for a 'Hotel'). What i did not like about it, is how unfriendly and how unaccommodating their staffs were. Also a few surprises along the way...there is no refill of coffee and tea even if you stay... More

We took the local buses to the hotel and while we got off at the closest stop it took a little while to find. We found the hotel and everything was fine We had a room on the fourth floor and was setup very nice. The room was clean and very quiet. There was fridge in the room and a... More

Nice little hotel in the old town, close from everything. Only little bad thing, rooms above the bar very noisy when people inside the bar. Breakfast simple but good could be more food. Got in at 3pm in the parking lot took of next day at 4pm, counted two days.... It is not the amount but could have made a... More

This hotel was right in the thick of the old city but set back from the street so it was quiet. Modern yet a look on outside of the mudejar architecture. Friendly and helpful staff. They gave us champaign and chocolate for Xmas - a nice touch.

The hotel is very close to Plaza Nueva, conveniently located for Granada sightseeing. It's hidden from the main street but there's a sign post for the hotel indicating where to take the turn. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful too.

Very good location in the middle of the city. 10 minute walk to La Alhambra and 15 minutes to El Albacin where you will have a great view of La Alhambra. Breakfast is ok but does not include eggs. The service is excellent, The rooms are very clean and smell delicious.

Clean, safe, spacious and friendly staff . The hotel is literally in the center of it all. The food was excellent at the hotel restaurant. I opt for breakfast to be in clouded. The breakfast was good, yet they did not provide eggs. The room was sunny and looking at the center street.

This hotel was the perfect location for visiting Alhambra. Right in the middle of town near great locations. It felt very safe, excellent service and good value. The rooms felt spacious and were very clean. Be sure to check out the tapas bars a few blocks away.

Location is fabulous - particularly if you like walking around. The area all around the hotel is fascinating and I would consider it an easy walk to La Alahambra - we were there first thing in the morning and ended up walking back at night to see it with the lights. Even though the hotel has parking - it is... More

I came to Grenada with my Grandparents in the October Half-Term. We had a very short stay as we were travelling to Cordoba and Seville as well. I was extremely impressed with the hotel, service and cleanliness. This brilliant hotel was in the Plaza Nueva; What a great location full of atmosphere. The hotel was in reach of some amazing...
