We stayed in the Apartment. First disadvantage is, their receiption is very far from the apartment complex (at least 5-10 min walk, depending on if you have luggage or not, on a very narrow street). This is not very ideal, if you need something. When we checked in, first thing we wanted do was laundry. But, the washer did not... More

This must have been one of the best if not the best of our stays during our trip to Spain. The hotel has a luxurious feeling and all modern amenities without loosing its charm and character. The location is great and beautiful with views to the Alhambra and Carrera del Darro from some rooms. Their customer service is excellent, you... More

What a wonderful hotel and what great quality for the price! From the moment you enter the door you get a very luxurious yet medieval Arabic feeling upon you. The hotel room was exactly that as well. Very luxurious, great bed and a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast was simple but nice. The only little thing i can mention is that... More

We have chosen a family apartment (about 100m away from the hotel). It had 2 bedrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen space. Fitting was relatively new and very tasteful The location of the apartment was absolutely centrally at the foot of the Alhambra. Yes, please follow the hotel recommendation to park your car in a public parking area and walk then... More

Deliberately chose this small, centrally located hotel in the Albayzin district of Granada, as I wanted to be close to all the central amenities and the Alhambra Palace. It is situated within three minutes walking distance of the Plaza Nueva, with it's many bars and restaurants, and of the network of little alleyways and side streets which run off it.... More

A lovely place to stay, the building is beautiful and has been fitted out and decorated in a contemporary style with a 'nod' to traditional Spanish. Our room was large, the bathroom facilities excellent and we had a lovely view of the Alhambra. The continental breakfast was good, strawberries for breakfast ... lovely! Well located in the old Albycin district... More

Stayed here for a night to visit the Alhambra. The hotel is in a very old building and they have kept some of the traditional features while modernising the rooms. My room was huge and looked directly into the Alhambra which was a great view especially when it was lit up at night. Good buffet breakfast and helpful staff in... More

We stayed in the apartments for the Shine Albayzin in December. The only positive thing I can say about this stay was the kind receptionist who spoke English well and made a few phone calls for me to hotels in Sevilla. The rest of the experience was awful. The first issues, which we were expecting, were that the apartments are... More

Don't be put off by this hotel's humble exterior-there is no view from the street into a lavish reception area, just an ancient and unprepossessing wooden door. In fact our taxi driver, unfamiliar with with the place, said in horror, "This is no hotel! This is a... a... a guest house!" We'd like the opportunity to take that taxi driver... More

We loved this quaint and stylish hotel. A wonderful blend of old character and modern refurbishment. Lovely touch of complimentary wine and chocolates. Superb location in the old quarter of Granada. Just go there!
