We stayed here in the crazy heat of August and were pleased with out choice. As others have said, great location - just off the Plaza Nuevo, 5 minutes walk into the historic Albaicin area, the cathedral, shopping areas etc. The rooms were large and the air conditioning just managed to keep the temperature cool enough to be comfortable. Although... More

The hotel is situated in the old part of Granada which is a lot nicer than the modern part. The rooms and the hotel are full of character and stunning to look at. Nearby, there's plenty to see. The Hammam is just up the road. Everything you need is within walking distance but there is a bus service that'll take... More

I haven't ever been to a better hotel. Everything there was just perfect. I can't tell what I liked most. It is located in 5 minutes from Alhambra and the cathedral. It is very nice and comfortable. I really loved the patio and the fontain. It is beautiful place where you feel like living there

Very noisy by night (all night), like teenagers or young people screaming. Staff very friendly, breakfast very good but in a tiny room. No safe in rooms and not elevator either. Location great and service excellent

The hotel is a historic building in a great spot to explore the city on foot. We parked in the city centre and walked to the hotel as access by car is heavily restricted. It was a little stressful as we kept being turned down restricted roads by our sat nav. Once at the hotel, it has lovely period features... More

..so you enter the part of Grenada where you can't drive your car. Nobody mentioned to us the complications involvedin accessing this hotel. It was nice, once you found it!. We called while lost and the woman at the other end of the live was rude and sarcastic. We wanted to cancel because the way to access is to find... More

The hotel is well situated in a popular area of Granada close to the Alhambra. The disadvantage of this is that crowds passing by outside can be rather noisy at night. The room was very comfortable, with effective air conditioning. Breakfasts were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English.

Great view of the Alhambra, but not a tourist trap! Excellent food and great service. I recommend the local beer Alhambra 1935 ( real good value with money ) Beautiful XVI century palace with a patio and a beautiful fountain. Very close to Plaza Nueva next to the river.

The room was far larger than expected. More like an apartment with a four poster bed and views of the Alhambra. A reasonable mini bar and tea making facilities. It was clean with lots of plush towels and bath robes too. For the price we paid, it was very good value for money. I would recommend room 305.

Location is superb, staff are very friendly and rooms and breakfast are basic but perfectly sufficient. Do write to them before your arrival for directions to the carpark and do not attempt to drive to the hotel. Even luggage drop off is questionable!! Loved our stay. Our room had a lovely little balcony on the river, super romantic and could... More
