Historic but also had all of the modern features needed. Staff was excellent!! Our baggage was delayed by Air Europa and the desk staff was a great help in collecting our bags. Made two dinner reservations that were very well received after a long transatlantic flight.

Angelina greeted us at check-in and was perhaps the most considerate, thorough and welcoming employee I've ever met at any hotel. She took great pride in her establishment and went out of her way to make us feel welcome!

We really enjoyed it and it was super value for the money. Great location with access to the Albayzhin. Beautiful entry. Kind and hospitable staff. Good rooms. Surprisingly quiet for the spot. Overall very good. Made for a memorable visit.

It was a real experience staying here! If you want a corporate hotel with all of the corporate amenities this isn't the hotel for you! It is unusual to say the least!! The hotel is a very old building and the room we were given reflected this. I would definitely recommend it for the experience of staying in such a... More

Not only location but also the staff and the quality of the room was excellent. Staff went above and beyond what you would expect to make our stay unforgettable!!! And we were with three little kids!!!

You really cannot fault the location - it is perfect for sightseeing in Grenada. We found it difficult to find (satnav takes you where only taxis can go) but when we called, they told us where to park and then paid for the taxi, which was great. We had room 301, which was spacious and nice. However, the water system... More

Stunning, historic hotel in the perfect location. Our room was MASSIVE, and beautifully decorated. We stayed in many hotels over the course of our week in Spain, and this was our favorite. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that they talked us into going to a super-touristy/expensive Flamenco show called El Gallo, performed by... More

Having travelled the world, this was by far the most atmospheric hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely old building which they have tried to restore in character. The hotel is part of the national heritage site therefore had no parking, but they do have a good deal with a local car park 5 minutes walk away. The hotel does have... More

Wonderful room at this tiny XVII Cent hotel over the Rio Daro with a view of Alhambra just 50m from our gigs at XV Cent Palacio Sefardi Casa de Los Olvidados and just a couple doors from Chien De Andalu flamenco bar and Baños Arabis. Looking forward to a return with time to see more of historic and Beautiful Granada.
