The rating is poor on overall value, the hotel staff were very warm and friendly but despite several absolute assurances that spa services had been booked they could not deliver as agreed and took an uncomfortable and tough stance on compensation when they clearly messed up our special weekend. They claim a 5 star rating and whilst this might be... More

This hotel is in a great location for Granada. Very central. The first impression of the hotel was excellent. Archaeological ruins under glass floor, 2 balconies in room over looking the street below. The bed was large and very comfortable and the room had a hair dryer. WiFi is available but lousy, very very slow and weak signal. No tea... More

Stayed at this fantastic Granada hotel during a 1 night visit to this cultural vibrant city. Located just yards from the Cathedral parking is available at the nearby St Augustine underground car park. The hotel is only a few minutes away. I had researched a number of locations to stay in the city and went for this one based on... More

My wife and I spent 4 days in Granada, Spain. The hotel is located near town center on a main road in a beautiful neighborhood. It is close to the Cathedral and safe to walk at night. Though a small hotel it has characteristics and is modern and well maintained. Service from the front desk cannot be better. In this... More

My husband and I stayed her for a very short time; we arrived late and left early. We travel often and normally chose budget hotels. This has been one of the nicer ones we stayed in for such a great value. The man at reception was helpful and very friendly. The room was very large and clean, which made us... More

I can confirm that my staying was excellent because it is beautiful hotel, well placed at the city centre, high quality costumer service, they pay attention on all costumer's details and needs, so comfortable and clean rooms, etc.... I would like to mention to the staff due to they gave us a wonderful service, particularly Salvador (I guess that's his... More

We spent 3 days in Granada in the beginning of March and the Fontecruz was the perfect place to stay. Right in the city center with walking distance to restaurants, shops, cafe´s, the city´s old town Albaycin and much more. The staff were exeptionally friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a junior suite with no extra cost and for... More

We traveled to Granada on a personal visit last month and we really liked the city, the people and especially the hotel. We were tired when we reached and there was a warm welcome by Salva. He offered a deal in the spa (30eur Spa circuit & massage) and we decided to book it for the following morning. I highly... More

We were in town for a conference. Booked the hotel on line at a very good price. Room was quite nice for the week. It was quiet, spacious, and had both a shower and tub. This was great because i dont relish showering in european bathtubs. Staff was nice and attentive and helped us do a weeks laundry at half... More

This is a very nice boutique hotel with well designed comfortable rooms. For the price paid we found it very good value. There is a public car park just 200 meters from the hotel, so parking is very convenient (20 Euro a day). Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. While we would definitely recommend this hotel, the restaurant is... More
