They charged our credit card one month before we even left for Spain, but we never made a reservation there and never stayed there. (Didn't get the bill until we returned.) They never sent us an email confirmation of any reservation we supposedly made. We made sure to cancel all reservations we weren't going to use before we left. We... More

I looked at all the photographs posted by the Santa Ana Apartments and thought how lovely they looked and we were looking forward to the pretty apartments, the patio, the roof terrace and the fantastic views of the Alhambra etc.. as advertised. We picked up a Taxi from the Granada Bus Station and unlike another reviewer; we had no problems... More

A bit of a trek from the car park which is 12 Euros per day but the general location is very central. It is uphill so be prepared for a daily walk. Flats are adequate but can be noisy at night when vehicles go past the narrow roads. Facilities are basic, staff are only in occasionally and the toilet seat... More

PRO's Good location Decent size apartment Clean and tidy CONS Only two windows that look onto an inner courtyard, so natural light or air Dank, musty in room and espec bathroom Noise reverberates off the marble floored courtyard and seeps through the ceiling - we both had to sleep with ear plugs Room was hot for winter - there was... I can´t recommend this "Apartamentos". They are abroad. You will have trouple to get your luggage there. The service of the Santa Ana Ap. is poor. The rooms smell like they are cleaned with chlor. I was really disappointed. I recommend to stay in the town. This Apartamentos are only reccomendable for backpacker, walker and people with a bad nose... More

We would stay here again and again and again. We had a fantastic stay, the apartments are basic but well furnished and for the price we paid we would not expect more, however clean, comfy and warm so no complaints at all. The location is perfect for visiting the Alhambra and the Albaicin Quarter and only a 10-15 minute walk... More

The size and cleanliness of the apartments is hard to beat. The location is perfect for exploring the city and one of my favourite restaurants was a 3min walk away. The staff are friendly and just a phone call away if you need assistance. There aren't many grocery really close but there are a couple 15-20min walk away. Ask the... More

The apartment is great--spacious and bright--and the location can't be beat. It's close to everything in the old part of Granada, and sits below the Alhambra. However, we arrived to find a room that had not been cleaned yet. We left our luggage in the apartment and went out exploring while the maid cleaned. When we returned, the toilet (which... More

A friend and I stayed at the Santa Ana apartments on Calle San Juan Des Los Reyes (they have two locations - the other a couple of streets away). Our two bed studio was lovely with two single beds, bathroom, sofa, dining table and kitchenette. As the owners describe on their website, the apartments themselves don't have views, but the... We booked a two bedroom apartment for six for two nights. On arrival we were shown the apartment and amenities, including the fantastic rooftop area with spectacular Allhambra views. The apartment manager is not permanently onsite, but is available by phone, and has great english. After checkin he offered us a bedroom in the apartment opposite to use if we... More
