We stayed for 4 nights in the suite of this hostel. You have your own entrance and own kitchen which you share just with one more room. Kitchen is really clean and everything you need. Coffe, Bread, Maremelade.... The suite we had is on the last floor with own bathroom (no door). A Double bed and one more funny place... more

We stayed here for one night on our whirlwind trip across Spain, We arrived early morning and were cheerfully greeted by the staff who helped us find a restroom to get freshned up and gave us coffee. This place to some may sound way out but to us it is located in the most charming part of Granada- the old... more

I've backpacked for 2 of the last 10 years, so I've stayed in all kinds of places and my standards aren't that high, but this place has to rate as one of the worst places I've stayed which is saying something. Where to start... The website is totally out of date, so ignore pretty much everything it says, including the... more

LOCATION is really good couse the Albaicín is one of the best places of Granada. At the same time is crazy to get there at the first time even with a map. And could be not really safe walk alone around there at night. CLEANLINESS: It looks like a hippie place full of things everywhere. But it's cleaned every day... more

Set in the winding streets of the Alabacyn area of Granada, this gorgeous little hostel is a perfect place to unwind after a day sight seeing. The beds are comfy, the staff incredibly helpful and polite and it was quiet at night. I was lucky to get an 8 bed all female dorm room to myself for the night. The... more

As a solo traveller in my early 30s who was looking for a place to hang my hat for the night, Makuto was fine. However, it is not generally the kind of place that I would stay at, as it is geared more toward a younger, hippie-er crowd. This is the kind of place where you hang out a lot... more

When I got to Makuto (and that was a trek in and of itself, trying to find the place using the terrible directions they gave us) i broke a cardinal rule of travel: ask to see the lodging before you hand over the money. Big mistake! Makuto is a totally hippie set up and if you don't mind having to... more
