Was a good price, great location, peaceful and had TV, Air Con and a Fridge. We found this hostal to be staffed with friendly and helpful people and the cafe around the corner did a good breakfast for 2.50. I would return if in Granada again.

This hostel has a great central location. It is extremely clean but don't expect much. The room is very small and we were not happy that the cover on the bed was stained. It is Ok but lots of things falling apart! The owner is very friendly and helpful, but would have been happier for one night rather than two!

We stayed two nights in a double room for €60 which was excellent value. Wonderful to have a decent sized bathroom and shower that works properly! Very friendly welcome and advice about Granada (and he showed us the Arab Baths on the ground floor). Great location near to the centre of Granada, Plaza Nueva, the Albaycin, Cathedral etc as well... We booked this accommodation based on its price for a family room for 4 ... all we needed was a place to sleep after a day´s sightseeing and we couldn´t have been happier. The location is within an easy walk of the Alhambra and the old town. The owner was attentive and friendly, the room more than large enough for... More

Stayed a couple of nights with 3 children and grandparents. Location is fantastic , reserved parking worked well, warm welcoming reception , chap there very friendly and welcoming . Building and rooms beautiful character , old , suitably furnished , comfortable beds , fridge, TV. A little noisy through the night but just due to sound travelling through old buildings,... More

Arteaga (named for the street) was simple, basic, and small, but it met our minimum requirements and definitely got the job done. The bed was comfortable if small, and the bathroom worked fine and even had a fan - the only one we've found in Spain so far that did! Definitely a budget hotel. Small room but there was a... More

I stayed there for a week during summer. the hostel is very well located, it was clean and had air conditioning which is very important for the summer. on the negative side, the rooms where a bit old. but overall a very good experience, the staff was nice and it is a cheap hostel.

This hostal is one of the four situated in the middle of Gran Via. Is was unexpectedly clean and provided quite some facilities for a one star. There are antique windows and doors but also a lot of things you will find surprisingly new and modern at this 19th century building. Bathrooms are completely new and shiny clean. Single rooms... If you want a cheap and nice enough central place this hotel is perfect. It's in the centre of town with walking distance to most things. The room was nice and big enough. There was a fridge - always a plus! There was no wifi on our floor, but it worked with a cable. The manager is really nice and... More

This hostal has extremely small rooms. There is no space for luggage or anything. You can only lay in the bed and sleep. Also, we didn't see any "Baños Arabes" in the nearby and the restaurant (where we are supposed to have breakfast) was closed for some unknown reason.
