Rooms cleaned and fresh towels eveyday. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in room great help. Good selection of continental meals, try to cater for english but bacon sausage beans etc not how we would make them. Would you expect to eat excellent paella in a Blackpool boarding house? Great location, 1 min from beach and bars. I recommend english people... more

Hot and cold and all very tasty. It is a spanish hotel so they are not only catering for the Brits (which is the only reason I can think... more

Booked this £250 pp full board. Read the reviews and was a little apprehensive but it was absolutely fabalous. Rooms clean, staff friendly and me and my partner loved the food. The choice was great. Approx 25% of british people staying there - the rest were european. Beach is across the road. We walked into Benelmadena and back 5 times.... more

We booked this as a last minute break. We have stayed in the Playa Mar area before as it is lovely. The Hotel is clean and tidy, but the staff are miserable. We were on the top floor (floor 10) which is quite a way up. Would not recommend this floor if you have children with you. It was early... more

Booked online with Thomas Cook but found out later that it was actually a subsiduary company who arranged? our week stay. Flexibletrips arranged for us to stay at the Parasol Garden in Playamar. Lots of niggling problems, £30 for inflight meals which we had to pay for again from Monarch Airlines, having to wait for an hour for the transfer... more

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for a fortnight half board. I admit i was a little sceptical before booking this hotel after seeing all the bad press about food as we were half board. But it was only an extra £30 each for half board as opposed to going self catering. So we thought this was the... more
