Recently home from another stay at The Roc Flamingo and again, I was not disappointed. On the contrary.... The staff are fantastic and what I like is that most of the staff have been there years which is always a good sign. They were immaculately turned out, always. They went out of their way to help you and always had... More

Positive : location, helpful staff & clean Negative: no free WiFi, pool requires TLC, had to pay extra for a pool view & the food was hit & miss but edible. Overall: you get wat you pay for cheap & cheerful.

Having read the diverse reviews of this hotel before booking, and having now experienced the establishment first hand I am wondering (a) Are people reviewing TWO different Roc Flamingos or (b) Am I just not that fussy? In the seriously unlikely event that the former is the case, then I got the better of the two hotels! I try to... More

Travelling as a couple, we were meant to be staying at this hotel for a week but only made it 1 night before demanding Jet2 move us somewhere else. We expected a basic 3 star, nothing fancy but clean and affordable. Yes, it was cheap but not the latter. Our room was dingy and outdated with a lovely view of... More

Just returned this morning from the Flamingo. Roc Flamingo and Flamingo are the same hotel so not sure where the "roc" comes from except that there are a few hotels affiliated under that umbrella. Anyway the hotel is basic but was clean. I went for 4 nights with my children. We were given a double room which had 3 single... More

After reading the recent reviews on here the 5 of us went with very low expectations of the place. When we arrived the reception staff were very helpful and went through all the paper work with a fine tooth comb. Dining room. We had our first evening meal as soon as we arrived the choice of food was outstanding and... More

When I went to this hotel with my family, I'm led to believe the maid had 'sticky fingers' - perfume, sunglasses and money went missing whilst we were at the pool and there was no help in resolving the matter, no questions got answered when asked. The food was average like every all-inclusive complex but there was no 'chidrens corner',... More

arrived at the hotel , and it took nearly a full hr to check in , great start , but the biggest problem was to me that being all inclusive means exactly that , but no ,, if you tried to order a cocktail , all you got was a san francisco ,, warm juice and very understrength alcohol, but... More
