Just returned from our first visit to Carmen Theresa - and we've already booked again for next year! Staff couldn't have been more friendly & helpful, especially Manola (also called Manuel) on the bar, & Carmen the owner, who was very involved on a daily basis, especially helping to tend her beloved flowers. Very clean everywhere, beautiful garden & small... More

Just returned from yet another faultless stay at this brilliant family run hotel. Already booked to go back next September. The gardens are looking better than ever this year and are a great place to relax with a drink any time of day. There are more sun beds this year and even though the hotel was full at times we... Carmen and all the staff are what makes this hotel! They really do care and are most helpful. The pool while small is set in very pleasant gardens. Some of the bedrooms are a bit dated...but I understand they are being upgraded this winter. A really nice simple Tapas restaurant is straight across the road :) Overall, a lovely quiet... More

The Carmen teresa is one of the best we have stayed in , its a small family run hotel two streets back from the beach next to a busy main road.all the family are very friendly and accomading. The hotel is spotlessly clean as are the rooms garden & pool, we read all the revues before we went which were... More

Just returned from my second stay at this hotel and more than happy to return. A small family run hotel that doesn't have to try and compete with the bigger hotels nearby because it doesn't need to. It offers a service larger hotels would envy , nothing is too much bother. Room cleanliness spot on, pool area although not large... More

Knowing that many Torremilinos Hotels are situated on a steep hill behind the beach/seafront, we were looking for a hotel which didn't involve a very steep climb but which also didn't attract the premium price of the beach front hotel. We chose this small hotel, two streets back from the beach only a five minute walk from the hotel. This... More

Had a great 5 day break without the kids here. It was very clean with basic rooms and wonderful gardens and nice quiet pool. Had no problems finding a sunbed whatever the time of day. 5 mins walk to the beach and 15 to the centre of town. Caught the train from Malaga airport which was very easy and cheap.... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my brother. He had originally planned on staying on his own but invited me out after the first day, so when I got there the staff had to find another bed for us. They did this straight away with no fuss at all and seemed perfectly happy to oblige, so a... More

We have just returned form a short break at the Carmen Teresa and can only give it praise. We booked the hotel based on the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The rooms and reception were spotless. The garden and pool area are so preety and well kept with several tables and loungers etc. The location is good,... More
