Hi all, my husband and I stayed in this hotel in June and will definitely not be returning. This is Butlins for Spainish, leaving us to celebrate having a glass of beer at the airport on the way home as opposed to the dreadful plastic cups issued. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day but the facilities need a... More

We have just returned from 4 nights there.Let me start off by saying that the hotel was ok and the staff were nice and helpful, and the food wasn't the worse I've ever had at an all inclusive resort. The evening entertainment wasn't very good and seems to be catering for children, and what i don't understand is why it doesn't start... A friend and I went for 5 nights last week and had a lovely time. The pool was clean and maintained well. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with a lovely balcony and beautiful bathroom. The restaurant was extremely clean and didn't see a fly in sight!! Good selection but we did end up eating a lot of carbs!... More

Stayed here with some mates. We had an efficient and well explained check in. Our rooms were in the old part of the hotel but large, spacious and clean (and cleaned daily). The air conditioning did not work. We reported this every day and were told that maintenance were sorting it, it never was (and after reading other reviews on... More

I spent 1 week at this Hotel, returning on Saturday 5th July. Bedroom was clean but communal areas and restaurant not! Flies constantly in restaurant, and indeed in the gardens, although I don't suppose they can do too much out there? The quality of the food I found very poor and repetitive. The cleanliness of cutlery and dishes left a... More

The journey from the airport to the hotel took 10minutes or so. On arrival, the reception desk was well presented and welcoming, with two members of staff ready to help out. The receptionist checked us in quickly and ensured we knew exactly where to go for the rooms/restaurant/pool/bar etc. The staff are very friendly and are personable should you have... More
