Found the staff helpful, the food was plentiful and varied and the children loved the pool. The hotel is clean but very shabby. Bedrooms fine, apart from pillows. Lounge chairs, poolside umbrellas and mattresses are in an appalling state. My husband and I have just returned from Riu Belaplaya. We loved every minute. The staff were welcoming friendly and professional.
