Very good location, took the notice of tips given by other travellers and asked for a high up refurbished room with afternoon sun. I don't think it was refurbished; it was like travelling back to visit a Spanish grandma who was 5 ft tall. (The chairs and bathroom sink were low but the sideboard was large.) And it did have... Having read the TA reviews, we ensured that we requested a renovated studio, high up and facing away from the pool. When we arrived, we were given a not renovated room on the third floor overlooking the pool. Fortunately, the lady at the desk was very accomodating and we were moved to an east facing room on the 7th floor.... More

We love this place - it's one of those places that gets better as your holiday goes by. Rooms cleaned every day except Sunday with activities every morning, afternoon & night if you want. We loved the make yer own Sangria afternoons. International feel with Brits Spanish Danish American & loads of French Canadians. Free shuttle works great.

like an ageing beauty queen, she needs more make-up each year to compete with the more expensive melia and dom hotels on either side of her and the rooms are now in desperate need of a facelift to remain credible to maybe younger or more discerning visitors.Any traditional spanish interior will need an inspired twist to cut the mustard in 2015.... The reception and bar area was well kept. We had 6 studios on the 7th floor and no problems with any of them. The bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable (although pillows were thin - I find that a lot in Spain). The studios were well cleaned each day and all the communal area were clean and well cared for.... More

I came to stay here last august on the recommendation of relatives who said they had a good time there before. The reception and public areas are all clean, but I do have to say, like other reviewers here on TripAdvisor found my apartment very old and outdated, I wouldn't even go to the extent of saying it was antiquated... We stayed in Bajondillo Apartments last July for a week. Hotel was very basic tourist hotel, but the location was perfect right on the beach. Our studio apartment was on the sixth floor. It was one of the refurbished ones, so kitchenette and bathroom were brand new. Otherwise the room was very large and clean, but a bit run down. It... More

We have stayed here twice, and have no complaints, rooms are basic, but thats all we needed, staff were friendly, entertainment is more suited to older people, but we still sat in the bar before we went out and even had a little dance, fantastic location for bars and restaurants, and not far from Benalmedena, would always stay here when... I stayed here with my boyfriend last week and I have to say its a lovely hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had one of the older rooms which was very nice but we weren't getting much sun on our balcony so my boyfriend asked and they moved us to the other side no problem. I thought... More
