From our arrival to our departure the staff at the Riu Nautilus were fantastic. Champagne/orange juice on arrival, beautifully decorated public areas, this hotel is a great place to stay. Comfortable and spacious room, plenty of wardrobe/drawer space, double shower with good pressure, cleaned to a very high standard, fully stocked bar/fridge -without rip off prices - clean pool area... My husband and I recently enjoyed a seven night stay at the newly refurbished Riu Nautilus on the Costa del Sol. We arrived at approximately 20:45 and allocated a room on the 7th floor facing the Malaga side/apartment block next door....and, as previous trip advisor contributors have said, it was very noisy as a result of the air conditioning unit... Having read some mixed reviews of the Nautilus, i thought that some people were mega fussy eaters, or were scared of a relaxing shower!!!. Just my opinion. We had a fantastic fortnight 4th June until 20th June. The food was faultless, there was always something to tickle your taste-buds. Fresh fish, pasta dishes cooked while you waited, salads galore, desserts... More

We were allocated room 343, which had a great view of the harbour and of the sea, sun on balcony middle to late afternoon. The bath towels leave a lot to be disired, in fact if you can take your own. The food in the resturant was excellent, very varied and very tasty, breakfast was a bit of feed frenzy... More

The hotel room was comfortable and clean with a good view of the sea. We had to wait one and a half hours to get into our room which after a very early start was inconvenient. We were very disappointed with the food which we found to be bland and boring. We would not return to this hotel and expect... More

Stayed 27th june - 4th july. First impressions i thought wow this is going to be a fantastic hotel. We were given a glass of carva on arrival, check in was very quick. We were in the main building room 602 side view of the marina. The room did not get the sun all day which suited us as the... More

Arrived at the hotel about 10pm and was offered a glass of Cava which was a nice touch, check in was very quick, was given a safe key (there is a 2E per day charge for this). We were in room 158 which is in the annexe, the view was of some shops, however we wasn't really concerned as we... More
