I stayed in the appartments with my husband and two young children. The appartments were kept clean however they were dated and our balcony doors would not lock and got stuck a lot of the time. We spent most of our time around the pool area and i have to mention that the kids had a wonderful time entertainers run... more

Yes you pay for sun loungers here. Needless to say we never used them. Our room was nice and clean and spacious. Went for dinner in hotel but the buffet was not very tempting so went to the Garden restaurant a few yards to the left of the hotel. - excellent. Plenty of eateries nearby. Would not go back to... more

We stayed in one of this hotels' studio appartments for 7nights. The room was a little dated, as another reviewer said, but for the money both me and my partner felt it was good value. Having BBC in the room was brilliant too! more

Just back from here Saturday. Bit of a shock when we walked into our room. Two single beds, which were solid, outdated bathroom and not very nice furniture. Can`t complain about the housekeeping. Room cleaned and fresh towels every second day, clean sheets on the fourth. Never used the dining room and the bar only once. Perfect location for both Old... more

In a perfect location just across the promenade from the beach and only a few hundred metres to both torremolinos and benalmadena harbour where there are a host of bars, cafes, shops etc Also behind the hotel there is a string of lively and really cheap bars and cafes ( 1 euro beer, 5 euro 3 course meals). The hotel... more

The Sol Timor is offered by Travel Republic as a FOUR star hotel. It’s a 3 key rating not a 4* and it has clearly seen better days. The furniture in the apartments is rather dated and everything looks a bit run down. We were given two ground floor apartments but our friends had to change theirs after they found... more

We stayed at the sol timor for 4 days in March and we found it absolutely fine, no problems with check in, the rooms were more than adequate, nice and clean with fresh towels and beds. We were bed and breakfast so therefore we ate breakfast, and once again that was fine, nice cooked food, bread, cereal, fruit, cheese etc.... more
