just got back from the SAP. Spent 3 nights and would say the following: 1)Breakfast brilliant choice and served till 10.45. 2)Reception staff on the whole rude but restaurant / house keeping staff nice. 3)Sun bed by the pool? forget it unless you're in the habit of rising at the crack of dawn to run down there and put your... more

I have used the Sol / Melia hotels countless times and always find there is a high baseline from which they work. This was no exception. Good Jnr Suite style rooms, clean and tidy, no kettle...., some of the furnishing was grubby, we had a Marina View so it was a bit quieter than my Parents who had the Rose... more

My wife and I have just returned from the Sol Aloha Puerto Hotel in Torremolinos. The Hotel was average certainly not 4 Star,Some of the staff were pleasant and some were downright rude. The poolside beds were similar to lying on concrete. The main problem we and all the other Thomson clients had was although the Travel documents said we... more

I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions and in my opinion there has been a decline in the standards. I still think it is a good hotel but not 4 star quality. The location is it best asset. Two noticable differences were no tablecloths on the tables for the evening meals and no covers fro the sunbeds. more
