The food was disgusting, bacon raw and dipped in fat!! The only food that you could recognise was the fruit. I literally heaved at the presentation of the food on one day, disgusting. I only ever saw 4 members of staff in the hotel. You even had to clear your own tables in the restaurant. there was no service at... more

This is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in.The room overlooked the busy coast road and a garage. Although the room was clean, the pillows and top cover on the bed had a discusting smell of stale sweat. The food was inedible, for example, the scrambled egg had a brown crust on the top!!!! and the bacon looked... more

I visited this hotel for 4days with my great grandmother and was mortified by the hotel, food and general standards. I would class this hotel more of a 1/2star as opposed to the 3stars it claims to hold. Checking in was fine and hotel staff were courteous and friendly. When we arrived in our room the smell that hit us... more

This hotel is cheap to book and in fairness it was clean. The advertisment for it is misleading though as it is not in Torremolinos. It;s Los Alamos which is a residential estate on the outskirts. There is a train approx 15 mins away but a taxi to town is a min of 10 Euros each way. There is no Jacuzzi, sauna... more

As I understand it, this hotel is a value option in the area. To its credit, the pool is very nice. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the hotel was appalling. The front and sliding glass doors to our room were easy to open even while locked. On one night, my companions and I were the last to leave... more

During my stay at this hotel my friend and I were appauled at thee quality of the food on offer at the hotel. Meals were either inediable or, at best, unappitising. As pensioners we had not budgeted for spending money on food outside or this hotel, but were forced to eat out if we were to eat at all. The... more

Shabby, scruffy rooms with broken fittings and balcony door which cannot be locked. Basic bathroom, again very shabby. Hotel details not exactly as advertised on the internet. Some facilities not available - I guess due to the lack of staff. Bar left unattended for long periods - I guess due to the lack of staff. Pool was good and pool... more
