Was lucky enough to win this 3 day trip in a ballot. Can not praise this hotel highly enough, great rooms, great food, didnt have a single problem with it. Any one who complains about this hotel has a problem themselves. Close to all the shops and amenities, beautiful grounds and activities for those who want it, bowling, shooting, etc.... more

Stayed there for 2 weeks with my husband in September 2009. The rooms are not very spacious but clean and nicely furnished. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The Don Pablo has a great location near the old town with its cobbled streets and stalls . Booked this hotel two weeks before travelling, based upon generally good reviews on here, it was a close choice between this hotel and the Belplaya. The Don Pablo is in a complex with two other Sol hotels, the slightly more expensive Don Marco and the slightly cheaper Don Pedro, the Don Pablo seemed to offer the best value for money.... more

Just arrived back from this hotel. Not overly impressed. Reception area is nice and roomy, if a little dark.
