At 50% off the standard price this was a real bargain. Since the main purpose of the trip was to play golf the hotel was very good. Stayed here end of Feb for a long weekend for a friends 30th. Overall the Hotel itself was nice, nothing special though especially not for a 4* The rooms were nice and clean although we had to ask each morning for fresh towels as the maids never left same when they were cleaning the rooms. The other reviews are true the staff really are terrible. I would also avoid visiting Puerto Banus at the moment. It may pick up again in the Summer, but with all the economic meltdown, the place was a ghost town. more

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!! The staff in the Reception and Restaurant are very rude, unhelpful and do not care about their customers.
