My friend and I have just got back from a fantastic girlie weekend stay at this hotel. We were delighted to get an unexpected upgrade on check-in to a suite on the 6th floor which was huge with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea! Drinks in the Hotel were expensive (as is Puerto Buenos!) but I would definitely recommend this... more

I took my Girlfriend to this hotel in March to propose, she accepted that was a plus ! As for the hotel, it was clean, friendly and the food was very good. Was off season so very quiet but the staff really couldn't do enough for you ! Food outside the hotel was expensive, but if you stay away from... more

Visited this hotel last in 2002, had a great stay then and the experiance was repeated this time. Large rooms, wonderful outside areas and wide choice of excellent food, (well worth going half board). When we went in 2002 it was particularly hot and the restrauant had moved outside which added something which we missed this year, (due to happen... more

Date 28/4/08 The hotel is very well managed, staff obliging and most speak very good english. The food is magnificent, the best we have experianced in over 40 years of holidaying. The food is well presented with a vast variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Meat and fish is cooked while you waite: to order. The gardens have to be... more

Just back. Great hotel, good food, nice staff and great location. Would visit again. The rooms were very clean. I was with a party of adults and I don't think it would suit children older than 5 and would probably be boring for the teenagers but overall a good base to explore from. more

We were there with my boyfriend in August. I found this hotel amazing! Explain why: rooms were good furnished, clean. Food was just delicious!!!IThey served everything you could imagine and had separate corner with pasta dishes made just in front of you; wine list was done well. Location was also great, just next to Puerto Banus, port with many restaurants,... more

This Hotel is average for a 4star Spainish Hotel. The location is not as great as previous posters seemed to make it - there is little in the immediate vacinity of the Hotel (no Supermarket or anything) and the area nearest the beach is just scrubland. The room that myself and my partner were first allocated had an ant infestation... more

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms nice, the food good. However my friend and I were mugged just outside the hotel. We ran to find the back gate padlocked but nothing in the rooms to warn either that the gate gets padlocked (it needs a key card to get in and we wouldn't have come that way... more

My wife and I stayed in this hotel 1 week(19 until 26 nov.) I initially wanted to choose this hotel, but after having read the commentaries here ,I decided to switch to another hotel in the area.As that hotel was not available anymore(I booked early november), my travel agent suggested the Dinamar, because he had been there, and was very pleased about it.So,eventually,we... more

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. We always find it very clean with nice sized rooms. There are two pool areas set in gardens both are a good size. The restaurant is lovely with both inside and outside eating areas. Fresh fish and meat cooked whilst you wait. Several people have commented about the staff and they... more
