Stayed for a week, got back 2nd Nov. Hotel pool and bar areas great, receptionists ignorant and arrogant, rooms clean but very 1990's... Thought at first that we were too remote but by the end of the week loved the local area, loved Cabopino dunes, coast and Puerto. Some great squares with local tapas, foods and mandarin trees. Easily got... More

My wife took me to this hotel last week for my birthday gift. We received a warm welcome and a drink on arrival at the hotel while. The room was a good size and very clean and had a great bathroom. Hotel staff very helpful, breakfast and well cooked meals, very comfortable rooms, great pool and great weather.

We had an amazing holiday, great food and company! It was lovely and relaxing just what what we wished for! It was so nice not to be hassled around the pool by entertainment staff. Because if I wanted to get up ..I would! Best holiday in a long time and to top it off we got married in Gibraltar making... More

Hotel and food was ok. Nice pool and bar area. Not much entertainment there. No shop on site and nothing is in walking distant you have to go by taxi or bus. My mother in law struggled with the walking. If you only want a relaxing holiday by the pool to sunbathe and read this is an ideal place for... More

just returned from 5 nights at this hotel. we stayed here the 24th September - 29th September. Which was just enough! 1, all inclusive drinks were good, cava in all inclusive is unusual so this was great. however staff at the bar were very blunt and not very friendly. also there was never anybody there half the time. There was... More

We are just back from a week's all inclusive holiday here and would like to make s few points - Number 1: it is not all inclusive. We had to pay for any snacks and on the day of check out, we paid for food and drink. There was no pool bar and the bar next to the restaurant does... More

I'm writing this review after staying here between September 1st- September 8th with my partner. I read alot of reviews before booking this establishment and was very worried as people said alot of bad things. As someone who is very neutral I felt the need to give a fair opinion of what I thought, so I will start with the... More

Writing this review I have tried to reflect the views of our party of 4 adults rather than just my own. This hotel consists a large number of Andalucian style apartments spread over the complex, it has been mentioned by other reviewers that it can be a long walk to the main building for food etc, this is true but... Staff got upset when we asked for a different room due to ant infestation, just offered us a can of bug spray. We also didn't know that top floor didn't have air conditioning, just the bedroom downstairs. The downstairs smelled terribly of mold. The hotel is at least a 20 minute walk to the beach, not centrally located but you... More
