I read all the reviews and was a little concerned. But the duplex was clean and tidy. Very dated and not really 4 star but a great pool area friendly staff. Most people that complained probably didn't do there home work first.

Read quite a few bad reviews on this place. I have come back from a really lovely holiday away with my boyfriend. The apartment was huge for just two of us. Really spacious and had a fridge, table and chairs, sofa coffee table and a TV which only had sky news on it in English, but you shouldn't go in... More

We do not use the word "terrible" casually, but if any hotel deserves the title it is this place, it was an awful experience for us. We booked two rooms with a friend, and both rooms were equally bad with smell of damp, very very basic bed (seen better at cheap dormitories) pillows that past their best by few years,... More

Not a bad base if you have a car, food average but OK. Rooms in desperate need of modernisation which I understand they are in the process of doing, if you complain you may got one of the new ones! All inclusive covers most things but not snacks from the bar (only discounted) which seems a bit bizarre, also you... More

Just returned from a 10 day all inclusive holiday... Myself, my husband and 2 daughters (aged 5 and 2) ... I was a bit concerned before going as I read other reviews about the food etc. However we all had a lovely holiday. Apartments were fine, a little dated but clean and comfortable and the maid service came everyday. The... More

We booked all inclusive 12 months in advance but still ended up in a room which was on the outskirts of the complex which we thought nothing of at first. On the 3rd night at around 11pm we heard a knock on the door and someone saying "It's only me". One of us opened the door thinking it was another... More

We stayed here for 4 nights (Saturday til Wednesday) got home today so I thought I would write this review whilst it's still fresh in my mind. Location: Previous reviews have said it's 'in the middle of nowwhere' but a 15 minute walk will bring you to Cabopino which has a lovely harbour/square/beach with some nice bars and restaurants. There's... More

Being honest, from our first impression of the hotel. We were slightly worried that all might not go too well. However, as our holiday went on. We were more impressed with the hotel as the time went by. Location: 4/5 The location is by far one of the good things about this hotel. It is VERY easy to find if... More
