Having arrived on an early flight we arrived at the hotel at around 11.30 am and the very helpful receptionist arranged for our luggage to be stored and said she would have a room for us by around 12.30. On returning to the hotel a room was ready so we were able to check in and be out in time... more

We have just returned from the Guadalpin. On arrival we were upgraded to a three bedroom suite with pool/sea view. The rooms were spacious and clean with fresh towels provided twice daily. Our balcony was huge with a good size table and sitting area. Breakfast was good and although the evening meal lacked a huge choice the food was tasty.... more

I've been travelling down to Marbella for the past year or so for a few days a month for business, so I've had an opportunity to try many of the "decent" hotels. I have stayed in their sister hotel in Banus which I enjoyed so was looking forward to this hotel. This was sadly by far and away my worst... more

This was our second year holidaying at this hotel. The hotel ratings in my opinion should be 4 star after our stay this year. There were a few small things we were disappointed with, we had continuous problems with our jacuzzi, we didn't get cold face towels by the pool as we did last year. Our main issue was that... more

Although most of the reviews I read were positive, there were a couple of negative ones which made me a little unsure, but based on photos and location we booked anyway. I am so glad we did as it was absolutely wonderful. I live in Dubai so am used to a good standard of hotel and wasn't disappointed with this... more

Myself, my wife and our teenage (15) daughter have spent only one night and two days in this hotel. We arrived to Marbella from Malaga. It takes 1 hour by bus from Malaga bus station and costs 6.90 Euros per person. Taxi would cost around 70-80 Euros. Then you need to take a taxi from the Marbella bus station to... more

This hotel is simply the best hotel in Marbella! The service we recieved was out of this world, anything was no trouble. We had our bed turned down and fresh towels of an evening. The staff delivered a 5* service. We stayed in a suite that was gorgeous, had lovely views of the sea, was huge and very clean. The... more

My wife and I emailed the hotel in advance of our arrival to arrange a day-trip to Granada in order to see the Alhambra. This was going to be one of the highlights of our trip. They couldn’t get the details straight, and finally stopped answering us in the days leading up to our departure. I asked them to please... more

The location of this hotel was particularly important to us and did not disappoint - it is within 15 minutes walk (along the promenade) to Marbella, there is a selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, there is a bus stop virtually outside as well as a taxi rank, and the beach is only about a 5 minute walk. We... more
