This is a beautiful resort. 5 pools, excellent restaurant and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We have 2 teens and this was a great location. A 5 minute walk to the beach (great restaurant - El Laurel - there). Very close to some other wonderful restaurants (The Beach House Restaurant being one). Supermarket right across the street. I had read... more

We went in February when it was freezing in the UK but mild in Marbella. Weather varied between16 - 21 degrees celcius and was always sunny. Too cold to swim outdoors but we sat in the sun on the loungers and swam in the indoor heated pool. 2 bed apartment was very spacious and furnished to a good standard. They... more

Enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning again this summer! 2 Bed/2 bath apartment was really spacious and was kitted out to a fairly decent spec. Also loved that large beach & pool towels were provided and changed during our weekly stay. Pool area was lovely with two pools, the only issue was a family who insisted on... more

My family and I checked into the Alanda on December 27th for a week long stay. The expansive 2-bed apartment although superficially clean had inches of dust under all covered surfaces (Under beds/sofa/tables etc). Bed linen also smelled of dust. However my main problem revolves around security or lack thereof of this establishment. We have two young children and booked... more

What a wonderful place. This was my first time, but my boyfrind had stayed several times before. We had a 2 bedroom garden apartment. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and everything you could possibly of needed. Although we did eat out some nights, it was a pleasure to stay in and eat, play cards and drink, especially as my... more

We stayed at the Alanda Club Nov 1-7, 2008. The two bedroom condo in Granada 7 was large and spacious although the furnishings were a little worn and dated. We had two balconies which were lovely. We were pleased that it was equiped with a washer/dryer. The grounds were well maintained. It was too cold to take advantage of the... more

The staff were friendly spoke perfect English and we stayed in a 1 bed suite. The apartment was newly refurbished although a little dated. The pool we found to be mostly shaded and we constantly found ourself moving to catch the sun. It was very badly designed in that sense the block did it's job I guess but there are... more

We spent a lovely week at the Alanda Club in May of this year. We went as a family of 4, and stayed in a 2 bedroomed club apartment. The sheer size of the apartment astounded us, it was not only very clean and modern, but was also had excellent security and was in a prime location. I know some... more

I went on a 14 night holiday with my husband and 3 year old daughter. The weather was superb however I was slightly dissapointed with the apartment when we arrived as it was very expensive to book but I did not feel it was up to a 4* standard. The pool area was nice but we didn't really use it.... more

We stayed in one of the older garden style apartments as part of a time-share exchange and were very pleased with the apartment, the facilities and most especially the location, as it was just a two-minute walk from a very sandy beach. As the weather was sunny, we made the most of the beach rather than using the pool which... more
