Good hotel, public rooms airy and clean lines. Reasonable drink costs, great food. Wi Fi is useless throughout hotel. There is a severe capacity issue for the Wi Fi connection for guests. No good if you need to keep in touch. Service by pool bar is slooooooooooow

My friend and I have just returned back from a weeks stay at the Andalucia Plaza. Stayed bed and breakfast and had a great time. Room was a nice size and had a great view of the swimming pool. Hotel is in a good location, was just a short walk to the port and the subway you have to walk... More

It's not that I wouldn't stay here again, it's just the price (>200/night) far exceeds the value for what you get.the idea is great, an adults only hotel, no screaming kids, but I'll start with the negatives; 1.room is very small for what you are paying 2.HATE that the bathroom is part of the room, I.e. Just a sliding panel... More

Me and my friends stayed here for 5 nights. We upgraded our booking to full board with ease on the day of arrival at reception. I can honestly say that the food here is AMAZING. Anything you could think of having for breakfast was there, they even make fresh pancakes right in front of you. The lunch was filled with... More

We stayed here with my son and his girlfriend in May. Beautiful Hotel once you can find it as it is tucked away across the dual carriageway. On arrival the receptionist was a little unfriendly and we had to ask for information as it wasn't willingly given. There's not a lot in the hotel to be honest and it was... More

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel with my friends. Having stayed at H10's before I couldn't help compare. The reception is huge lots of wasted space. On check in the gentleman was rushing and talking way to fast,he never even mentioned the privilege package or that you can swop your evening meal for lunch if you are on half... We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto Banus, go for the Privilege access as the lounge is open all day and night so if you like to chill and read the papers with a G&T or sit and catch up with some work there's free wi fi. Taxi are handy and always available outside but... More

Recently I took the trip to Puerta Banus with my girlfriend. Not one to worship the sun like most I've only ever ventured abroad once when I was 14. I went with a lot of trepidation. Thankfully the H10 and Puerta Banus itself didnt disappoint at all. The hotel is in perfect location just far enough away from the beach... More

Just came back from a fabulous week at the hotel, stayed on half board option, the food was amazing, with varied and excellent choice for all. The hotel staff and hotel was faultless. The staff were very helpful and nothing was any trouble or inconvenience. Will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
