Hostel Castillo is a cute little hostel in front of the school so if you go before summer in the morning you will wake up to a song from Grease. Hostel Castillo is inside of the castle walls so you feel like royalty it's a really nice hostel totally recommend it. More

This hostal is just in the centre of the old city, a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Very clean rooms with air conditioning and hot water in the shower. Found it by looking at the hostal options once there. Clean bathrooms (my bench mark) For the price there is no better other than the hotel Don Alfredo. All others are overpriced. Other than that I would suggest the hotel Melia which is nice and I started there. More

Hostal Castillo is cheap, but charming and clean, still very Spanish, which is rare in Marbella. The fact that the staff doesn't speak a word of English probably has something to do with that.
