The Hotel was dated 1970 Spanish style. Ideally situated as a bed and breakfast hotel, needed a serious upgrade, catered mainly for the Spanish old age pensioner.I am 70 yr old but felt I was in a Rest home wating to die. Hot plate food was always cold ,often used the Micro wave, stayed 3 weeks, complained, staff tried to improve on... more

We have just returned from a great holiday on the Costa del Sol, staying at Las Chapas Hotel. Don't believe all the negative right ups as we thought the Hotel was delightfully Spanish! Think High Chapperal meets the Ponderosa! Staff were very helpful, room was big with lovely balcony overlooking the heart shaped pool. We could hear the main road... more

We stayed 6 days at Las Chapas.I had read the comments of other people and I was worried I had made the wrong choice. however, we actually liked the place. The room was simple but it was cleaned very well .We liked the garden with the pine trees .As for the food: 90 procent of the guests are Spanish people... more

We drove down from Benidorm and booked our first night in this Hotel. The Hotel is situated on a busy dual Carriageway and about 5 miles from the centre of Marbella. We booked this hotel basically because it has free on site parking. We had read a few past reviews which weren't brilliant but we knew we were gonna be... more
