Beautiful place, great setting. Rooms are excellent, roomy & luxurious but with views that can be obstructed. My experience was that Americans who are not conspicuously wealthy -- or frequent guests -- got very inconsistent service. Some people were fantastically helpful, but some were remarkably rude.
