Although Aug is a very busy time the hotel was not able to deal with anything other than the most basic request,The ''excursionsdesk'' in the lobby could not organise a ticket for the bull fight,telling us instead to go to P Banus to a office there,they were completely bemused by our request. I personally think greed has set in. Nice hotel but expensive.Barfood little choice and overpriced, drinks are also expensive. They should look at these issues for they certainly were not doing much business at night. What really annoyed me was when checking out charging for the teasmade. more
