i left my handbag in my floor-hall for just few seconds and suddenly appeared a german couple in the hall, and I saw the man running to their room, and the woman like surprise of seeing me, stoped at the hall with a mobile phone in her hand. She was nervous, and told me something without sense, left the mobile... More

The hotel was clean. comfortable and the food was good. However it's a good 20-30 minute walk from the town centre and is on a hill, so no good for kids and the elderly. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes, not sure about now. This service starts at 9.00 a.m and ends at 5.00, so you... More

We booked a double and were given twin beds (for me and my husband). Were told it would be addressed - seven hours later we opted to pay for an... More

The hotel itself is a lovley hotel but in need of some refurbishment, the indoor pool had paint peeling off the walls and the sauna and steam rooms were in such a state i wouldnt even go in there they looked as though they hadnt been cleaned in months.... Nice Room, freindly staff and excellent food. One of the best winter breaks we have had in a long time. We will be going back.

A nice hotel, but very steep stairs everywhere. Not recomended for families with young children. Facilities in the room were very limited. for example there was no kettle as described, and when we asked for one it was never sent to us. They have not grasped the all inclusive concept very well attall, as you do still have to pay... More
