We stayed here at the end of September this year, we arrived & were shown to what was described as a Junior Suite. It was nowhere near the sea (as we had been led to believe) and it was very dark, mainly because we were looking out at a palm tree & a wall. We asked to be moved to... More

The Puente Romano is well located directly on the beach between Marbella and Puerto Banús (each about 45 mins walk along the beach in opposite directions). It is an enclosed area containing a number of residences, where each has 2-3 floors with a couple of rooms or mini-apartments on each floor. A central courtyard has several restaurants, bars and lounge... More

After staying in Marbella Club Hotel which was also nice but ideal for older people who prefers quite surrounding, Puente Romano Hotel was much more vivid with plenty restaurants to choose from. We both liked here very much and strongly recommend to anybody.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful 1 week stay at Puente Romano and would highly recommend this place to anybody who is either looking for an active holiday using high quality sports facilities (including tennis, gym, spa, wonderful golf course, beautiful ocean running path) or simply looking for relaxation at the pool/beach. It is walking/cycling distance from Marbella and... More

From the moment you arrive you know you are in a classy hotel. The staff are superb, friendly, professional and there is a hush about the place. Drinks in the 'courtyard' is an almost magical experience, and the restaurant choice is plentiful. The pools are lovely, well attended by staff and very relaxing. Rooms (we had a junior suite) are... We spent the final four nights of our road trip around Andalucia in the luxury of the Puente Romano and it was the ideal place to wind down and relax after a week of tours and sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, from check in through to the pools, bars and restaurants and our room was very... More

Oh it's expensive alright. Very very expensive. But this is one of those examples of "you get what you pay for" (only meant in a good way). Our room was massive and so damned charming, full living room to boot. Great balcony with great views. Service was so nice I think I may have hugged 3 employees there on the... More

The good Points: The Sea Grill restaurant is fantastic, excellent setting, excellent service and excellent food. All areas of the hotel and grounds are very well maintained, housekeeping very good also. Lovely location with grounds leading straight to the beach, you can take the beach path walk to P. Banus (30mins) or Marbella Old Town (20 mins) The Wifi is... More

We had a nice stay this past summer at this hotel. Well laid out. Beaches not overly compelling but amazing pool by the yoga studio. Great courtyard filled with high end restaurants and cushy outdoor seating ideal for drinking with friends and meeting people. The billing was all wrong when we arrived but the manager, Gemma, was a real gem... More

This is a wonderful hotel, with excellent service and standards. The hotel and rooms are immaculate and the service is extremely quick and efficient, as you would hope as it is expensive. Great selection of restaurants, perfect for short stay where you really do not need a car. There is really nothing to fault the hotel apart from perhaps a... More
