We have been staying here for years and now with the new selection of Fantastic restaurants it is even better. The welcome you receive from the doorman to reception is friendly and extremely professional. The rooms are large with great beds and a great selection of TV channels . There are a number of pool areas and one for kids. Sea... More

i was looking forward to staying a Puente Romano since I had remembered it a most luxurious property from my last stay. Not any more: rooms are outdated, air-conditioning does not work properly and furniture simply looks from the Franco era. Furthermore, there are no elevators to the higher-floor rooms. Lastly, after being one of the most sought-after places by... More

Stayed here last week and overall impressed with the hotel. Took us a little while to find it as it is not well sign posted. Front desk staff was very friendly. Our room wasn't ready, we arrived at 3pm and so they suggested we go for lunch to their restaurant at the beach. It was a classy spot, lunch set... More

my wife and I stayed there for a couple of nights in september. Our room was in the D building on the second floor. The room was a one bedroom suite which was fairly spacious. We had a view of the pool area. The beach was about a 3 min walk. I would try and get a room a little... More

Rooms and service were nice but I expected more for a five star hotel. Staff is friendly but you'll need to flag them down if you need anything. Food and drinks at the hotel are overpriced and mediocre. A margarita by the pool were about 17 euros (23 USD) and tasted like water. The hotel is in a nice location... More

Was there only one night, because I had a reservation in Marbella Club for the next few days, and there was full the day I arrived. This hotel is managed by the same people, so they recommended it. The place is beautiful, but the room was not very clean, and it smelled to cheap detergent.
