Stayed here mid may 2013, good value for the location just meters from Plz Consitution. It is branded a high tech hotel, laptops in room, free wifi everywhere, but that is about it. No bar, no gym, just a breakfast room and a coffee dispenser for the rest of the time. It was not expensive though and a nice view...
