Okay, so we usually in apartments rather than hotels because we prefer the ability to cook for ourselves when we feel like and there is always a kettle :-) The Hotel Molina Lario is well situated, close to many of the main attractions in Malaga and the old town so there is not far to walk to find good food... If you want to be in the middle of things in Malaga, there is no better location than the Hotel Molina Lario. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the waterfront, the cathedral, the Picasso Museum and any other tourist destination in Malaga. The hotel's décor is modern and sleek. I thought the rooms were well-laid out and... More

My husband booked the hotel the week before we travelled and I emailed them to inform them of our late arrival and that he'd recently celebrated his 60th birthday. We were speedily checked in (about 2 minutes- very efficient) and told that we'd been given the executive room! It had views of the cathedral and the seafront, but the best... More

The Molina Lario lives up to its excellent reviews, so it is best to book several months in advance if you want special dates and a longer stay. The location is convenient for anything you would want to see or do in Malaga, and bus stops are close by if you want to travel around. There is also a taxi... More

Stayed 3 nights during Semana Santa festival in malaga city, wonderful City centre hotel. Our first room was on the first floor and on the side St which was understandably noisy so we asked to move to a higher floor. The second room was also very nice, immaculately clean and very well serviced!!! Staff at front desk were very pleasant... More

The location is excellent opposite the cathedral and the promenade. The service was first class!!! I made a mistake with my booking and the manager on duty (female) was amazing and fixed us up with great rooms. The view from the pool on the roof is breathtaking. The rooms were large, spacious and spotless. A highly recommended hotel!!!

Perfect location for strolling along the tiled streets. Room was clean, comfortable and modern, the bath was great. Loved having the sofa at the foot of the bed. Helpful front desk staff. Would definitely stay again.

It's already been mentioned but the hotel really is in an excellent location to explore old Malaga. It is walking distance to everything to see in Malaga - the cathedral, castle, beach etc. Handy for the bus stop to and from the airport (Bus A) and close to eating / drinking places, of which there are plenty! The hotel itself... More
