Very handy for everything so central. Good breakfast.Great views. This is third stay never disappointed.very handy for airport bus and only 3 euro to airport. You can walk to so many places for hotel. Rooms very clean and room 505 had a huge very comfortable bed. Air conditioning very essential in August. Can't comment on roof top pool as did not... More

Albeit the location is good if you want to be close to Malagueta beach, this hotel does not live up to grand expectations. Beds are hard, small lobby area, toilets are clean, warm water showers and industrial machine coffees. When we visited in early June, the rooftop pool was only open and accessible from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. That... More

The Maestranza is conveniently located on the Malaga waterfront, a short bus ride from the coach and train stations and in easy walking range of the Alcazaba, Cathedral area and Picasso Museum. The roof-deck of the hotel offers great views directly into the bull-ring, an impressive arena, whatever your opinions on bullfighting might be. We asked for a quiet room,... More

We stayed 5 nights in this conveniently located hotel. The staff was very helpful. Rooms clean. However, it is advertised as handicapped accessible which it is not. There is access to the loby but the elevator very small with is extremely narrow narrow door. An average size wheelchair cannot fit into it. There is no alternative and no rooms on... More

My daughter and I booked this hotel for only 4 nights and about an hour ago I extended it for 2 more nights. Hopefully we'll be in the same room. As we walked in the hotel on July 18th, a very pleasant gentleman took care of us by name Perdo. Thank you for the excellent costumer service and understanding you... More

My review is based mainly on the room I had as I didn't use any other facilities in the hotel. There is no grand entrance to the hotel but it is conveniently located near the beach and main promenade. The room was great and what I would expect from a four star. Very spacious, clean and well equipped with a... More

Just back from screen night's in Malaga. Great city. This is a good hotel, we had a room on 12th floor overlooking the Bull ring. There is some street noise but nothing that's unexpected for a city hotel. Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old city and visiting the beach. If we return to Malaga I will... More

4 night break at this hotel was excellent. Airport bus dropped us right outside - no taxi required. Very central and such an easy walk to both town centre and beach - which is a good as any beach along this coast. Room was exactly what we asked for - high floor with evening sun on balcony. Room 1101. We... More

I have just returned from 5 nights at the MS Maestranza in Malaga and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The room was very clean and quite spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. I had a room at the back overlooking the bull ring and as a result the room was constantly in the shade which was... More
