Good service from friendly staff. We got a new room after giving our concern of next door noise. Breakfast was good. Good location among airport, train station and old town. WIFI is free but with limited bandwidth.

The staff were rude, breakfast was denied because we arrived at 10.53 breakfast is served until 11 am ? Parking is 14 euro a day but nobody tells you to give your voucher so it costs 24 euro. The manager could not say the word sorry which would have been fine. We didn't even bother complaining about the thin walls... More

We were here for New Years 2014/15. Nice place to crash for a few nights. Rooms lovely big bathroom and beds comfy. No tea coffee in the room which was a little annoying as no 24 hour coffee near by. Wi if patchy at best but overall a nice stay for New Years.

Just walk across to train station Zambrano and a few large blocks to the centre of Malaga...it is conveniently located across a grocery store, and not too far from nearby mall in train station where all major fast food restaurants are. Staff is very nice and accommodating--we had a connecting rooms so it feels bigger. The bathroom is nice and... More

The hotel provided us with a free upgrade to a suite, which was spacious and had its own (huge) balcony. Great location - extremely close to Maria Zambrano train station. Excellent bathrooms. Free coffee (coffee maker in room). Next door to shopping plaza for last minute needs. WiFi was very slow. The bed was a bit hard.

There is nothing special about this hotel, lobby is depressing and dark, right across from the lobby is an outlet store which seemed a bit odd to me, rooms were tired and old, the beds mattress was like those ikea thin mattresses and there was no duvet so I was freezing, bathroom looked like it had been designed some decades... I booked a few days away to have much needed rest after a very busy few months. I upgraded to a suite as a personal treat having stayed at the excellent Silken in Barcelona. Location of the hotel was good but facilities were poor. Spa was closed, gym was closed, patio door to terrace was broken and did not lock.... More

Nice hotel, good for the railway station to airport. Was on business, so wifi important but it was snails pace slow. Food ok, service good, hotel looking slightly dated in parts. Good location for the train station and shopping mall

We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station. We were visiting other cities in Spain and travelling by train so its location was ideal. Room was large and comfortable, breakfast good and staff helpful. Only complaint free wifi was a little slow. We could have paid to upgrade. Try the tapas and canan (small beer) for... More

The hotel is located in quiet area of Malaga. El Court Inglis is just in front if the hotel. The hotel is not in center of the city and car is needed to go around Malaga. The staff are helpful and will give advise for which area to visit. The room size is ok and the room facility is good.
