Front facing rooms overlook a very busy and noisy street but with a bit of effort the two sets of window shutters can be secured and will keep the majority of the street noise out. Rooms are clean and comfortable but with very thin walls meant the late night activities of our neighbours were heard in intimate detail. Still the... More

We really liked this hotel. We booked through Booking, com and paid £240 for a 4 night stay and for that price its fantastic value. We were on the 4th floor, round the back of the hotel. The view wasnt much through a small adequate window - but who cares? We use a hotel as a base to stay and arent... More

Nice hotel in a great location near to bars restaurants, attractions etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable but can be noisy at night/early morning due to being city centre and opposite a food market. Several rooms have been double glazed to prevent the noise. The bar opens up into a sushi reataurant in the evening although is closed on... More

The hotel is in an ideal location within walking distance to all the sights, shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well decorated. They have a mini-bar and safe (no charge). We had room 103 overlooking the main road, which could have been noisy but within the last week, the hotel has installed double glazed french... More

This hotel is centrally located in the old town of Malaga beside the market and a few minutes stroll from all attractions shopping and restaurants/bars. While the general location is a bit run down it is well compensated by being next to the rail station with direct access to the airport. This is a small hotel with very friendly staff... More

Very good city centre hotel. Good central location in the old town walking distance to sites of interest and plenty of restaurants nearby. Clean room, comfortable bed, good continental breakfast, air con, wifi included and pleasant staff. Being a city centre hotel there is always the possibility of noise, either from the street (narrow streets makes sound reverberate) or from... More

Great location and helpful staff. Very good that there are alternatives regarding breakfast.Tough prices on parking, though. Perhaps nothing the hotel can do much about. Very good that there is a posibility to park outside the hotel while checking in. This was our second stay at the Altarazanas and we will probably choose this hotel again next time we visit... More

The location close to the city centre and the Central Railway Station made this a good choice for us. The room was basic but a reasonable size. It was cleaned well and fairly quiet. The restaurant was not for us and we went next door to Los Pueblos for a simple Spanish breakfast every day. We might have been unlucky... More

We were so pleased we booked this hotel. It is situated opposite the wonderful market and surrounded by good bars and restaurants. We had a room at the back, so perfectly peaceful too, unusual in a centrally situated hotel, and very conducive to a siesta. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, a lovely surprise for such a bargain... More
