We stayed here for 5 nights. Booked a standard room and got a room on the ground floor. The room was a bit dark because of the trees in front and there was very little storage room. I would not book this room again. But this is only a minor criticism because everything else was just perfect. The location just... More

We had three nights here in March and it was delightful. Very gracious hosts and a beautiful villa. Our room had a big sunny balcony overlooking the quiet street and the bedroom although fairly small was thoughtfully designed and elegantly decorated with a very comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and fresh local products.... More

We spent a week there summer 2013 and the stay was perfect! It is a small, very local hotel, and we felt very velcome from day one. The service was excelent and the breakfast was "personal", good and in many ways the highlight of the day. Can i put the finger on anything? - not really! We will for certain... More

Stayed in the beautiful Villa Lorena for a Christmas break. The positives were: We were very happy with how clean everything was and rooms cleaned daily, not a speck of dust anywhere. The hosts were very friendly. Tasty breakfasts. Good area to be, quiet location, a short walk from bus stops, beach and supermarket. The rooms have flat screen TV... More

This is a fantastic old mansion,in a very salubrious part of town. But only a 30 minute stroll into the center of town. Our host was extremely helpfull and a big plus was that there are excellent local restaurants,10 minutes up the road. The house itself is fabulous, and there is a great poolside area to sit in the sun.We highly recommend .

Ferns and Jeroen made our stay in Malaga so much more enjoyable with their knowledge of the area. The hotel is charming with all the facilities we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and was close to most amenities in the city. Hope stay in the villa again. Murielle

We stayed one night at villa Lorena as we were having a special dinner in Malaga Port. The decor is very modern with a clever combination of old and new. Everything is absolutely spotless. We stayed in the Sophia Loren room which is quite small but it has a balcony overlooking the street. The hosts are warm and friendly and... More
