It took us a little while to find this hotel as GPS (French) did not work. Nice location in an old, elegant family home which was refurbished as the hotel. Run by husband and wife ,nice and friendly people. Very close to Malaga driving through Parque Natural Montes de Malaga. Lots of bikes on the road. Dinner Ok, breakfast typical... More

Lovely place to relax and disconnect from busy life.Nice walks , fantastic views. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast- various breads, chees, ham, fresh fruit and more. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinners. So if you dnt fancy to drive and just want to stay in its quite handy. To get to the hotel... More

The hotel is secluded and beautiful surroundings. We were the only guests and it was pretty cold. The heating in our room was quite poor and the restaurant was also cold. There was a TV in our room but it didn't worked well The food we got was reheated in the microwave. we heard the "ping" on our table. We also... More

Lovely hotel with a very hospitable and friendly owner ! I was there for 3 nights and had a great time, making lots of long walks in the beautiful mountains with great views, lots of birds and flowers. It was an excellent start of my trip to Cordabo and Granada. I will definitly return one day!!!

The staff is friendly. Coffee tasted good. It took us 25 minutes to get to get here by car. We brought our own GPS and it was sure very easy to find the place. The scenery is wonderfully!! We live in Amsterdam and love how easygoing it is to here in the middle of nature. For the complainers about the... More

Really, really great location once you get there. Hotel is difficult to find, and you really need a car to get there. Directions as offered through Booking could be better (my GPS could not find the address). Location is absolutely fabulous if you like walking in the hills. There are several hiking paths to choose from. However, problematic is that... More

The Humaina Hotel is a wonderful place to rest and to breath clean air in really nice surroundings. The ambiance is very calm and the food is of very good quality. The distance from Malaga center is 30 minutes with car. The hotel is situated on a mountain 1000 m above the sea, with plenty of walking paths to choose... More

We stayed here on our way from Cordoba to Malaga airport. It's a remote and beautiful spot in the mountains. The house is elegant and well-maintained. Our room was spacious - for two adults and a 14 year old boy - and there's also a lounge/library and a terrace at the front (sunny) and the side (shady). The owner is... More

We (family with children age 7 and 8) had a terrific experience in this hotel. The owners are very friendly, flexible and welcoming!! The hotel itself is in a beautiful scenery and the views and surroundings are amazing! I can recommend this note to everyone who likes good hotels and nature.

We visited this hotel in December 2012 as part of our holiday in the south of Spain. This was the most horrible hotel experience ever!!! The hotel is nowhere near Malaga but situated in the Montes de Malaga, on the website it is stated that the hotel is only 25 minutes away from Malaga but this is far away from... More
