We have stayed at this hotel for the last couple of years. Myself, brother and sister take my mum away for a few days each year, she has dementia and is in a wheelchair. Although this hotel does not have direct access for wheelchair users there is always someone to help you. There is access through a bingo club attached... More

a great location in the center of malaga, near the port and the cathedral. We stayed one night and was a 3 star hotel. The guys on the reception where very friendfull and helpfull. The hotel has its own parking, you give your keys and they park your car and if youw want him back, he is in front off... More

Comfortable rooms, bathroom supplies aplenty. Although some of the public areas are undergoing refurbishment, this not impact on the quality of stay. The breakfast was standard fare, it was good with a fair choice. Location of the Don Curro is very good. Access to the Marina, Alcazabar & town is very easy.

Just spent the Eater weekend in Malaga, soaking up early spring sun and the Easter atmosphere. The hotel is in a great spot, tucked away down a side street close to the cathedral and the port. The rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast was great with a choice of hot and cold, good bread and pastries. Overall really... More

We spent two nights at the Don Curro en route to Córdoba. Unlike some reviewers we had no adverse experiences at all apart from some minor dissatisfaction with the breakfast. Our room 713 was smartly decorated in pale dove grey and was very quiet. It faced the shady side of the street. There was a wide choice of TV channels... More

Not only a good location, but also nice rooms, and a good service, makes this hotel a convenient and efficient base for your stay in Malaga. If you arrive by plane, the EMT lina A in front of terminal 3, takes you to Plaza de la Marina for 3 €!. From there 2 minutes walk to Don Curro.

I was in Malaga on business and spent 2 nights. The local travel agent recommended the Don Curro. The hotel is well located in the center of Malaga. The hotel is good value if you just need a room to sleep in. At the moment they are renovating the Elevators so it is noisy during the day. I found the reception... More

I am an honest reviewer and say it how it is - at the same time always trying to find some plus points to ameliorate any criticisms. But this was a disaster from beginning to end. Location brilliant in terms of proximity to central Malaga points and what a beautiful, 'classy' city - loved the elegance of the buildings, specially... More

Our 2nd visit - it is just what it says. Room was fine - breakfast was OK - no frills but who cares. The location is superb. It'll be better when they get the lifts sorted out. There are so many places to choose from in Malaga but for price and position I think this would be hard to beat.
