Not only a good location, but also nice rooms, and a good service, makes this hotel a convenient and efficient base for your stay in Malaga. If you arrive by plane, the EMT lina A in front of terminal 3, takes you to Plaza de la Marina for 3 €!. From there 2 minutes walk to Don Curro.

I was in Malaga on business and spent 2 nights. The local travel agent recommended the Don Curro. The hotel is well located in the center of Malaga. The hotel is good value if you just need a room to sleep in. At the moment they are renovating the Elevators so it is noisy during the day. I found the reception... More

I am an honest reviewer and say it how it is - at the same time always trying to find some plus points to ameliorate any criticisms. But this was a disaster from beginning to end. Location brilliant in terms of proximity to central Malaga points and what a beautiful, 'classy' city - loved the elegance of the buildings, specially... More

Our 2nd visit - it is just what it says. Room was fine - breakfast was OK - no frills but who cares. The location is superb. It'll be better when they get the lifts sorted out. There are so many places to choose from in Malaga but for price and position I think this would be hard to beat.

If you're looking for a central Malaga city hotel at a very reasonable price, then this is the hotel for you. The Don Curro is situated just around the corner from the Cathedral so central for sightseeing; the shops, together with the restaurant and tapas bar areas. We got an excellent deal through Booking.com which included a buffet breakfast. After... More

The Dom Curro has a superb location, near the restaurant and shopping area, close to the Cathedral , the Picasso Museum and Birthplace and all the other major places of interest. It was excellent value for money, clean modern rooms, excellent breakfast. We did not find noise to be a problem as we asked for a front facing room at... More

As has been already said, the location could hardly be better. Around the corner of all main attractions and restaurants. In my opinion not noisy at all. The only pain was separate and expensive parking. The reception takes care of parking though which was nice.

My family and I were searching booking.com for a last minute family room after a disaster with an apartment in Malaga. We found the Don Curro hotel and were absolutely delighted. The staff were helpful and very courteous and the family room was very spacious and comfortable. With continental breakfast included, a price of €138 for 2 nights (4 people... More

I stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the historic centre of Málaga, although the street is rather busy and noisy. The staff on reception were largely disinterested and, although not rude, just disengaged. New elevators are being installed, so I won't address the issue that issue. My room was spacious and the...
