the hotel is at 20 min walk from the city centre, the personnel speaks only Spanish and it's not possible to have breakfast... other than that it's an ok place... rooms are small but clean, the neighbourhood quiet, and it's not expensive... it's perfect if all you need is a bed to crush after a day around the city... for... Stayed here for one night at the start of a 5-day walking tour of the Sierra de Aracena with TheUntravelledWorld. This was my third visit and - as ever - I found the location (near the bus and train stations) most convenient, the price (€40) excellent, the hotel clean and comfortable, and the welcome especially friendly. Once again, I enjoyed... More

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The young girl on the reception was very friendly and helpful and also gave us directions to several good eating houses in the area as well as directions into town. The walk into town is about 20 minutes and on the way you pass several large supermarkets and dept. stores. We walked... More

We picked this hotel because we wanted it to be close to the train & bus station. Easy walking distance. We were able to walk to center of town as well, but took a taxi back. The rooms are decent, but we thought the staff went over and above for the service, as our other friend couple lost their passports... More

I stayed at Goartín for one night before a morning flight from Málaga. It served its purpose, clean and new, close to the station, nice staff. There are some good local eating places close by and I was able to walk to the beach in about 15mins. I didn't feel it was great value however due to the cigarette smoke... More

Many hotels are closer to the city centre, but this one is good if you are just staying overnight for a travel transfer - the airport train arrives five minutes walk away at Maria Zambrano station, as is the central coach station. Not an attractive neighbourhood, but no problems and quite a few, good value tapas bars just round the... More

This is rated as a 2-star hotel but it was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels we stayed at in Spain. Our room was a bit small, compared to hotel rooms in North America, but it had everything we needed including wifi, TV, hair dryer, and shampoo/soap. Everything from the bed to the washroom was in excellent condition... More

-It is a two star hotel, but it did almost all what i need in my trip. -It is a 10 minutes by car away from the down town, but in return you have a chance to park you car free. (the hotel has its own paid parking as a backup) it is like a dream to park your car... More

We were reluctant to book in a two star hotel but the positive reviews encouraged us. We stayed only one night since we were scheduled to go to Marbella in the next morning. The room was spotless clean and we upgraded for the one with a terrace at an extra 5 Euros which was worth it. The terrace was nice... More

This was my second visit here. Again, it was for just the one night while passing through Malaga on my way to pastures new (the Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park in this case). The hotel was pretty much as I remembered: it's close to the bus and train stations, it's clean and comfortable, I got a good night's sleep, the... More
