My 12 year old son and I stayed for 2 wk in Apr 14. I read reviews that the staff were rude and did not speak English. All the staff we spoke to very friendly and most DID speak English. We arrived on the 2nd day the hotel opened for the season so the 1st few days were quiet and... More

I stayed at Playa Bella with my husband & teenage son last June & thoroughly enjoyed my trip. Previous reviews complaining possibly stayed in a different part of the hotel. I found the hotel good value for money & I'm considering booking for June 2015 if I can book same room with sea view.

We went for a weeks trip and this is the worst mistake we ever made. To reach the hotel we spent £100. Next the room was pathetic. In a normal room they wont even supply tea/coffee and they had stained bedspreads and it gets worse. Even the cleaner tells you we need to upgrade. We upgraded to a room with... More

Dear Guest: Unfortunately your comment and we hope to return to give a chance by staying in our hotel and enjoy our quiet beach, our facilities and the friendliness of our staff which I think makes up for not being near the center of the town of Estepona, just a 15 minute drive. This was our 2nd trip of the year to this amazing hotel! It can not be faulted. The staff are the best and always kind and friendly. It was my mums birthday while we were there and they brought her a bottle of champagne to the room free of charge! It was such a lovely gesture. We had the perfect... More

We stayed at this hotel in the end of September 2014 in the second to last week of the season, which is a great time to go to Andalusia. The weather is still pretty good and the coast is way less crowded than in the summer. It's also a great time to stay at the Playabella. We went as a... More

We stayed at the Playabella for 10 days, end of June. The hotel building is of good quality; our room was a good size with well set out bathroom and toilet and a decent balcony. Also there was very little noise at night (we were overlooking the car park, not the pool). I'm afraid that is where the hotels 4... More
